At the Wall Pilates has been a transformative experience for me. Melissa and her team have helped strengthen my core and improved my balance and posture. I appreciate customized instruction even in group settings. Routines can be varied to address specific fitness goals or accommodate injury. The different equipment - reformer, cadillac, chair, etc. means that the session never gets stale. I have seen an overall improvement in my fitness level and quality of life from my experience At the Wall. I highly recommend Melissa and her team to anyone.

Melissa is a fantastic instructor! She makes all of her lessons fun and enjoyable! Her staff is always so friendly and they make all of their clients feel welcome. The small business atmosphere and close interaction with their clients puts the finishing touches on such a great experience!

Top notch pilates studio! Darlene is a fabulous instructor. She is extremely knowledgeable in all levels and she really cares about her clients. The studio is clean and everyone there is welcoming and kind. I highly recommend.

At The Wall Pilates is by far the BEST Pilates Studio in Pittsburgh!!! All of the instructors are fantastic and are able to teach individuals of all needs. I personally feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally after taking a Pilates class at At the Wall Pilates Studio.

Expect to be WOWed when you participate at this studio. You enter a bright, well equipped, clean studio brimming with smiling faces and positive attitudes! The instructors are top notch. All are extremely knowledgeable, professional and able to accommodate any skill level. The classes are always challenging and engaging in both body and mind. My strength and flexibility have improved drastically in the 10+ months that I have been taking classes here. Highly recommend.

Simply the best. The teachers all have advanced training and are highly professional, dedicated, and fun to work with. The studio is spotless and beautifully designed. That there are many regulars and virtually no turnover in the staff speaks volumes. At the Wall is a very welcoming place for newbies as well!

Highly Recommend! Whether you begin with zero knowledge or are an expert, there is something here for you. The staff is one of the most friendly and welcoming in the area. Pilates is something that no matter what your fitness level, you can actually do it, see results and be challenged.

I came to Pilates about 3.5 years ago after my orthopedic surgeon recommended that I try Pilates following a knee injury. I am now able to run, walk and play tennis/paddle pain free!All of the instructors here are exceptional—I started with Darlene but all of the instructors are very knowledgeable and great to work with! I am happy to train with any of them. The studio is bright and cheerful and super clean!Pilates has completely changed my life! So much so that I have decided to train as an instructor!😀I can’t say enough good thing about Pilates and At the Wall is one of the best studios!!!
