I have been taking Pilates lessons from the At The Wall Studio since it opened!!! I appreciate the attention to safety, the friendliness and the quality of instruction the staff provides, and the opportunities for individual instruction and group classes. Even in group sessions, instructors are tuned into the individual needs of clients.I feel after each class that I have been challenged and I believe the focus on developing core strength and flexibility and "tuning in" to your body is going to keep me in the best shape to continue to enjoy other physically challenging activities.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this studio, its instructors and owner-instructor. I have been going since late 2021, and while I typically work with Ana on a weekly basis, I have also worked with Cheryl and Darlene. Melissa runs a clean, well-managed, well-equipped studio with energy that keeps everyone happy. We all have so much fun, and they know how to challenge you at an appropriate level. Before going, I was experiencing so many issues- mainly with my shoulder- and Pilates was the only thing that has helped, and helped a great deal (I had already gone through PT). I'm always impressed with their assessments of a problem and ability to create a plan to address it over time. It's a bright, cheery place to work out and feel great. This is the one weekly 'present' to myself I hope I never have to give up!

I started coming to At the Wall in 2015 or so - I have tried a lot of different types of physical activity over the years and worked with a lot of different trainers - but this place, hands down, is perfect. The staff work to make it feel like a community, personalize every session and interaction, make you feel like you're walking into the local hang out. They collaborate and practice psychological safety with each other and their clients. They meet you where you are, learn about your needs and help you get to your goals. Melissa has created an amazing space for people and hired an amazing team. Cheryl has become not just my instructor, but my therapist and friend. But, don't forget about Bubbles, the cute puppers who is occasionally on site to greet you, as well.Everyone is engaging, kind, welcoming and helpful. They are knowledgeable, go out of their way to read up on any injuries or special needs you require and supportive of you.You can't beat the experience here.

What a wonderful experience. The place is tucked away in the back of a physical therapy and dental office, but the space is wonderful. They have all new equipment and it is very comfortable. As a man who isn’t the most flexible, I was a little hesitant in trying. Melissa was extremely knowledgeable and really opened my eyes on what I needed to work on. I thought Pilates was just for female dancers, I was dead wrong. I highly recommend!

This is the best studio I have ever visited. The instructors are all knowledgeable and encouraging. The classes are small and individualized for everyone's needs. The owner Melissa creates a super fun atmosphere. Feels like a fun family. The studio itself is very clean and bright. Awesome place.

The studio is clean and inviting with state of the art Pilates equipment. The instructors are all trained in true classical Pilates so you receive all the benefits the method has to offer. For a little variety, you can also add some UGI (cardio) or TRX to your session.
