Pittsburgh Punch is located in the same building as crossfit where I work out. I was impressed with the equipment and the general feel over @ Pittsburgh Punch. I get to overhear and watch the coaches train groups and individuals and see why people make gains over there. One day I'll take the leap from my crossfit comfort over there to beat up some bags.If fitness boxing is your thing, Pittsburgh Punch, which is located right off the main highways, is something you should check out!

I went with a friend today for a trial class of abs/kickboxing. This kind of class experience was new for both of us, although, we both lift and do cardio on a regular basis. The environment was friendly and non-intimidating. Our instructor was not over bearing, but, provided the right amount of feedback. This was a judgement free zone- everyone was focused on their own workouts- not judging mine. My workout was not only challenging but fun. I will definitely return.

I've been trained by Anthony for several years and i highly recommend him and his boxing gym. The facility is spotless, cheerful and has an amazing collection of heavy bags and other types of bags to work out with. It's an incredible workout and not at all intimidating for a beginner. I love it and would never go anywhere else1

This was my first experience with boxing and kickboxing and I have to say it has been awesome! The instructors [I've had Sheri and Anthony] are so personable and made me feel very welcome. So far I have taken the TKO classes and the Kick Fit [which says cardio, but really it's just focusing on the more technical side of your kicks/punches/form.] You can take the classes at your own pace and really everyone is so focused on their own stations, that no-one [except for the instructor] pays attention to you in class. Also, If you are on the fence, just sign up for a class- your first class is free and there's no pressure to buy a membership package.

I enrolled in the TKO women's only boxing class and I have never loved a workout class more!My entire body is sore by the end of the class, yet it goes by so quickly 1 hour seems like 20 minutes!The best part about it, is that the class is divided up in stations that last 1 min and 30 seconds and because I knew nothing about boxing before starting this class, I wasn't constantly comparing myself to what everyone else is doing. You end up being so focused on your station that you don't have the time or energy to look around at what everyone else is doing. I was worried I would be judged about my skill level or lack there of and it was such a relief that no one other than the instructor was watching me.The instructor was so encouraging and sweet! She gives postive reinforcement the whole and class and teaches you how to punch and kick without losing patience because you are a beginner. She makes you feel comfortable learning and makes you want to work harder!

I'm at beginner at boxing/kickboxing and I was nervous going to my first class. Kristin went over all the punches and kicks and made me feel very comfortable with everything that we did. I will definitely be coming back for another workout.

Absolutely love TKO with Sherri! I went to try out one class and have been going twice a week for over a month and not a single workout has been the same! Fun and challenging class that helps you get results with an amazing instructor!

Such an amazing experience! I had a feeling I would like boxing, but did not anticipate to be addicted to it! Anthony is wonderful, patient, and makes the session so much fun! I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone! If you think boxing isn't for you, try this at least once! You will probably change your mind!

Tonight I went to my very first kickboxing class and I was kinda nervous but I loved every min of it. Kristen was so wonderful and I loved how positive she was. I can tell you if your looking for a great workout I recommend you sign up with her. Thank you for kicking my butt tonight looking forward to doing more kickboxing classes with you (Kristen) :)

Just finished my first workout...so much fun! Empowering and a great full body workout! Sheri was a great instructor and was very helpful given that it was my first time punching a bag! She was encouraging throughout the whole class! I will definitely be going back very soon!
