Just finished my first workout...so much fun! Empowering and a great full body workout! Sheri was a great instructor and was very helpful given that it was my first time punching a bag! She was encouraging throughout the whole class! I will definitely be going back very soon!

Tonight I went to my very first kickboxing class and I was kinda nervous but I loved every min of it. Kristen was so wonderful and I loved how positive she was. I can tell you if your looking for a great workout I recommend you sign up with her. Thank you for kicking my butt tonight looking forward to doing more kickboxing classes with you (Kristen) :)

First time boxing and I fell in love! Enjoyed the women only class and didn't feel out of place. Instructor (Sherri) was wonderful and definitely motivated me to push myself. Great workout and a lot of fun!

I started training with Warriors Fitness in July and have seen a real change in the way I look and feel. The workouts are fun and fast paced. The instructors are incredible! They really know what they are doing but even more so they are people that you want to be friends with! If you have some aggression to get out you can be sure when the hour is up that you have been put through a workout to get all of that out. Its the most fun I have had working out! Try it once and you will be hooked!

I signed up for the Women's TKO Boxing Class and had a great experience!! I really enjoyed this class because we went to each station individually, and if you needed help you received it one on one. There weren't men standing around watching you, or other girls trying to prove that they were better than you. I think that because I enjoyed it so much, the hour went by so fast! Having had two left shoulder surgeries, there was one station that I was not able to do, but I was quickly given an alternative workout for that station. The whole time there was that voice in the background telling us how bad ass we were, and to keep it going, it helped me to want to keep up and finish with everything that I had left in me. I was def sore the next few days but it felt great! I hope to make this class part of my weekly routine!! Great instructor, and a great environment!

I've never taken any type of boxing class before, but that didn't matter. The instructor of the TKO class, Sheri, was great! She made feel comfortable from the start and motivated us throughout the entire class. It was one of the best workouts I've ever had. I will definitely be going back!

I went to TKO Boxing last night and am hooked after the first class. The workout was challenging, but fun and probably the fastest 45 minutes of my day. Sheri is great – very motivating and pushes you to challenge yourself the entire workout. I love that it’s a small class, allowing her to walk through the room and provide one on one attention. I felt amazing after the workout and can’t wait for the next class!

I started taking the TKO Boxing Class with Sheri a couple of weeks ago and I love it! This is the first time I've ever done a boxing class, and it's been so much fun. It's the best work out I think I've ever had. It's a serious challenge, but it's something you CAN do. There's great music and Sheri is such a great instructor and motivator. She really encourages you to push yourself and you never feel intimidated or uncomfortable. But you do leave feeling like you've had an incredible workout... and you'll feel it for days to come! Before you know it, your hour is up, and you wish you could do another.Definitely worth a try!!!

Everyone I have met so far at Warrior's Fitness has been very friendly and kind. I was a little intimidated at first, but the staff put me at ease very quickly and I never felt like I had to be a pro, but they would help get me there if that's what I wanted (no way!). Anthony has taken me through some grueling workouts that were just the right pace for me. I'm looking forward to trying out a few classes. I have heard from a few of the other people I have met there that they are a fantastic workout, as well. I would highly recommend Warrior's Fitness if you are looking for a fun, challenging, and different type of workout.

Being an athlete in my younger years and trying to find new and fun ways to stay fit as I age I decided to give Anthony a try about 3+ years ago. I was bored with the typical weightlifting / bodybuilding routines and needed a new challenge...so I took up boxing and kickboxing. Honestly it is the most fun and most grueling workouts I've done in years. Coach is well versed within the MMA styles and his crosstraining is no slouch either. I usually end my sessions by threatening his life since I can hardly move when my time is up, yet I come back for more every time. I wish I would have found this when I was 15 instead of 36. No plans on stopping...
