Extremely knowledgeable instructors that understand everyone is not at the same level. Panthro Fitness sends our clients there who have flexibility and stability issues in order to get additional work. I love having a group of professionals I can rely on to deliver top level, dependable service to my/our clients. Love what you guys do. Thank you!

I just moved to the neighborhood about a month ago. The yoga factory is one block away from my house so I figured that I would take advantage of their promotional new student package which is $29 for one month unlimited classes. I was always a runner and preferred fast pace exercising but I found that yoga was a new kind of challenging excercise for me. What I love about the yoga factory is how willing the instructors are to encourage new students. I have continued to attend classes and signed up for a monthly membership. Another plus is that the Pittsburgh Juice Company is right next door :)

I did not enjoy the studio ambiance or the rigidity of the bikram instructor I had. Yoga should be an individual practice in the way that works for each person, not a tightly regimented, controlled, and militaristic endeavor. My friend and I who tried Yoga Factory out together both felt the instructor was condescending and not particularly welcoming. I have taken classes in both rooms in the studio and was not pleased with either; both have bright, white light that is not soothing in any way and are filled with mirrors that, though helpful to correct postures in small ways, do not make for a relaxing class. The vinyasa instructor I had was at least a little better, though he did not seem to subscribe to the one breath per movement concept (was flowing much more quickly than that). This studio is also a bit bizarre in that there is no savasana together as a class; the instructor leaves as soon as it starts and people make their way out at their leisure after that. I definitely prefer Yoga Flow, both for the studios and the instructors.

I started going to Yoga Factory several weeks ago and I could not be happier with my experience. I'm about as flexible as an iron pipe and I decided to take up yoga to increase my flexibility, flush out all the junk that I put into my body, as well as increase my overall well-being. The staff has been nothing short of phenomenal in encouraging me as well as offering constructive guidance as I stumble through class. When you're a newbie like me, it can be a little intimidating to dive into something that puts your body into positions that it has never done before.. But trust me, the teachers will learn your name immediately and congratulate you for every minor improvement. Go here. You won't regret it.

I love everything about this studio! The location, atmosphere, and energy are all welcoming. The instructors are awesome, give great direction and help students focus on making small improvements with their practice. I've been going on and off for 8 years and always feel at my best when I have a regular practice here.

My experience at Bikram Yoga Pittsburgh is five star , first rate. The teachers are in love with YOGA and as a result their teaching styles are focused on providing a uniquely encouraging nurturing class. As a long term committed student I have watched with admiration the support to each student as they practice at a pace that suits their spiritual, physical and mental development.

There are all kinds of yoga, but I find that Bikram Yoga is the most accessible by everyone regardless of age, weight or ability. And Bikram Yoga Pittsburgh has great teachers that will help you get started or continue a practice that you will want to do as much as you can. I go to the 5:45 am class often and get ready for work afterwards. The facilities are great. Give it a try.

This is BY FAR the best yoga studio in Pittsburgh. The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and the studio is so spacious and beautiful.Research some of Zeb's (the owner) videos on YouTube and check out their first timer deals on the website. They make me feel so comfortable and welcome every time I take class, no matter how inflexible I am!
