This is such a great gym for someone of all levels! Garry, the coach, is great at explaining all of the movements and what you need for each workout / class. Not only is this an all inclusive gym, the community Garry has built motivates you to keep coming back.

To start, I love this gym. I never feel shy or embarrassed to come here even if it’s in crop tops or sports bras because it’s such a professional and fun environment. Gary (the owner) is always coming up with fun and intense workouts and if there’s something you’re not comfortable doing he will always supplement with no issue or hesitation. The gym is always clean and Gary has multiple disinfecting sprays everywhere to allow the equipment to be cleaned and disinfected. All in all I have no complaints about this gym just high praise! I highly recommend you come here if you’re able.

This Gym is awesome and accommodating. The coach always has fun and challenging workouts. Gym is kept clean and maintained well. Ive been attending for about 3 weeks and I have started seeing results. Highly recommend this gym.

My goal is to live a healthier lifestyle. I am a novice when it comes to structured workouts. Garry, the owner, cutomizes his routines so that all fitness levels can participate. Garry provides detailed explanations of each exercise and he ensures that your form is correct not for max performance, but also to prevent injury. He is also really encouraging which helps me do my best! Garry's trainings are changed daily. As such, it is impossible to be bored or complacent.Crimson Lux facility is spacious, well ventilated, and clean. Garry always seems to have some wheels turning in his head on how to make the facility more user-friendly and functional. You'll feel that the spacing / placement of the equipment is convenient. The bathroom is clean. All equipment is thoroughly sanitized after each use.This fitness center offers free sessions to anyone who wants to check it out. I liked the first training so much that I signed up.
