I am incredibly disappointed. Not only did they lie about the reviews they had received, but their trainers were incredibly unprofessional. My girlfriend and I were verbally threatened and harassed by one of the trainers, and it was a very unpleasant experience. We will never be returning to this gym, and we urge others to stay away.Update: I'm so utterly disgusted with this gym, I can't even find the words to describe the experience. My girlfriend and I were harassed and threatened by a trainer, who still works there by the way, and this was never properly investigated or addressed. To make matters worse, our families membership was revoked without warning. The gym staff tried to cover up the situation by lying about racist remarks, which is just another injustice.The people that own this gym clearly do not care about the safety and comfort of their customers, and I would strongly urge people to stay away from this place. It's an absolute garbage establishment and they should be ashamed of themselves.

I’ve been coming to Fitness System since they opened and so glad there is finally a gym like THIS!! Great machines, The people are awesome and the staff are great. I also love they are 24hrs! The gym is always clean and they have awesome classes!

This place is like my second home! The equipment and the staff are top tier. The support from the staff makes it seem like a second family from the moment you walk in. I appreciate the work that Stephanie, Nate, Daniel, and the rest of the staff do to keep the gym running in pristine condition and the constant upgrade throughout the facility. I’ve been training at fitness system since November of 2022. It’s an incredible gym with the newest machines and equipments. I have never trained in a gym like this before. It has a separated powerlifting room and a posing room. The staff working at the gym is really cool and they are always friendly. The fact that is 24 hours from Monday to Sunday is awesome.

Fitness system changed our lives. From being the only gym in around us in south Florida that has a kids club, to having the best equipment! The club is clean and the staff is very friendly and nice. We love coming here! especially my son he loves playing with the other kids everyone has always been nice to us

I cannot say enough great things about this gym. From the welcoming staff to the state-of-the-art equipment and fantastic members, everything about this place is simply amazing. The level of cleanliness is impressive, and the staff is super friendly, making you feel right at home.What sets this gym apart from others is the incredible motivation it provides. Each time I walk through the doors, I am inspired to give it my all. And let's not forget the top-notch trainers they have on staff! In particular, I have been working with Alex, who is an absolute gem. He truly cares about my progress, my nutrition, and my overall health. In just four weeks, I have already seen incredible changes in my body and overall fitness level.I feel incredibly grateful to have been referred to this gym, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level. With such an amazing environment and exceptional trainers like Alex, Jessica and Cristina you can't go wrong!

It's the very best gym in South Florida. Over 25k sq. ft. of the best fitness equipment money can buy! Membership has all the perks, childcare, fitness classes, posing room, powerlifting room, Infrared Sauna to name a few. They have fitness apparel, protein bars, pre-workouts, intra workouts, and post workout drinks. They also sell other supplements (Raw Nutrition, Metabolic Nutrition) to help build muscle and burn fat. They also have personal trainers if you need that service. The owners and employees are amazing at customer service. They really take care of their members. Did I mention the gym is 24 hours? Well, it is. If you can't sleep, go get a great workout.

Best Gym In South Florida, the equipment is top of the line with newest machines and it even has a separate room for powerlifting.The Staff is also great and very friendly, I will definitely recommend this gym to anyone that wants results !!!

My rating is a 4.5, rounded up to 5.Top notch gym, they are open 24 hrs a day M-F, but on Sat and Sun they close at 8PM. There are a couple gyms in the area that stay open 24/7, but they are not of this caliber. I usually work out late at night and this one is by far the best in the area.The majority of the equipment is relatively new or top quality. The "Panatta" Italian equipment is not something you see in other gyms, and is great for those who like to take a break from the free weights. The staff is also friendly and do a great job to keep the place clean.A couple suggestions for improvement:The leg machines (hip adductor, hip abductor, and glute machine) at the southeast part of the gym (close to the locker rooms) is a bit older and of entry level quality. This affects more of the female crowd but I would like to see this area match the level of quality see you on the other side of the gym (west side).The cardio equipment is pretty good, nice line up of Stairmasters and treadmills. I would like to see a couple more elliptical machines, perhaps from a different manufacturer. There are only a handful of ellipticals and there is plenty of space for more.Overall, great place!

Best gym in South Florida. Large gym floor with all kinds of muscle isolation machines and plenty of free weights. Wonderful, helpful staff and Christina the trailer is first rate. I highly recommend this gym
