The Instructors are motivating without being mean (very important!) and know how to put combinations together that give us the maximum workout without gassing out. I have had a love hate relationship with "the gym" for most of my adult life: love the results, hate what I have to do to get 'em. However, I can safely say that since I started coming to I Love Kickboxing Plantation, that relationship has changed for the better. Yes, you still have to work for the results but the atmosphere and environment here make it feel less like punishment and more like a reward. First, the instructors are amazing, period. Every class works your entire body and pushes your boundaries. I am able to do things now that I couldn't imagine doing at any point in my past. The people who come here are great as well. In fact, it feels like we are all members of one big family who encourage each other to reach our goals one sweaty kick and punch combo at a time. This is an amazing place. Come join us and see for yourself.

I started a few weeks ago and my life has changed tremendously!!! It's not only the killer workout (you will sweat your butt off but it's all worth it and I already see impressive changes in my body) but the people you train with always kind and willing to help, the staff with their amazing energy, so knowledgeable and always making me feel so welcome (my first class I already felt like I'd been there forever!!!), the place itself it is always so clean and neat. I can't say it enough! It is fantastic!!, I love my new kickboxing family!!

I found this kickboxing class through a groupon, which offered only 4 classes. I was so impressed that I signed up after my very first class. The class is tough but not unbearable. You feel really accomplished once it’s over. Everyone is really friendly. The staff is very knowledgeable. Many of them have been doing this for a very long time. It’s an overall nice atmosphere to workout in (very clean too :) ).

One of the best martial arts schools out there. Me and my family have been going here for about 5 years and have never had one complaint. The instructors are very experienced and nice. Everyone here makes me feel like family and I would recommend it to anyone.

I've been here for two years and I absolutely love it!! The instructors genuinely care about your well being and personal experiences. It's a super friendly and welcoming environment from the moment you walk in the door. Definitely recommend trying them out.
