Be careful with their billing tricks. I was charged for another month right after I cancel my subscription. They take your money from your bank account with a smile and their face and tell you they canât do a refund.They wouldnât charge automatically after the trial period if they trust their ability to keep their customers without forcing them to stay. Thatâs unprofessional.

At first, the place was great. But they up their prices every few months. And then when promising to keep us at our current rate, it came time to be billed again and then they didnât keep our current rate. Then when asked to cancel our membership, they said they require 28 day notice. Fine, so we stayed for the month. After then assuming we were done since we gave notice of cancelation, they charged us again and wouldnât give us our money back, saying they needed another month notice! Totally not professional and only for the money!

I cannot, for the life of me, get anyone to answer any of my calls concerning my account, unless I leave a voicemail. Only then will they return the call. And if itâs concerning billing, forget about it. I had to pull teeth to hear someone mention that they donât give refunds. It was a ridiculous ordeal for me especially after being in and out of the hospital for months at a time and dealing with my sick child. I had her brought in 1x last month, for the parents night out, and still had to pay for a full month that she never used at all. Do better!!!

Revising my old review. I love my gym and actually worked at one for years. It is a wonderful program for all children regardless of age or abilities. This gym has caring instructors and a hands on owner. It has undergone a positive improvement in recent years along with the new Pembroke Pines location.

My child loved their service but their billing department is a complete joke. Increased our monthly bill by 40% and said theyâd honor the old price but turned around and charged me the increased amount and would not credit or refund. They also Charged my credit card for two months after requesting to cancel.

Had my granddaughters first birthday party here. Staff was excellent!!!! The gym is perfect for children and the special add ons like Elmo and the bubble machine made it even more special. The staff really kept things flowing and had great activities for everyone to enjoy. Thank you so very much for a wonderful and memorable birthday party. A great full grandma!!!!!
