This is best martial arts center in town! We couldn’t be happier with the instruction and the instructors. Both of our children are so motivated and encouraged that they can’t wait to go to their next lessons! Their overall confidence is visibly increasing and it’s carrying over to school and their everyday interactions and activities. They are learning to give and receive respect, to stand their ground, and to defend themselves when necessary. The instructors give each child individual attention during training and feedback to the parents after class. The kids also love the free play after their instruction, to socialize and make new friends. We highly recommend this place!

This place is amazing! My daughter had been to two other Martial Arts schools until we found this one. The other places were good for routines and fun, but this place has it all.What I love about this place is that she really learns how to defend herself. It’s real skills in the real world if her life depends on it. Combined with great instructors, that truly care about the kids, it’s more than just learning how to fight. It’s a place to learn how to build confidence in a loving, safe environment.

Hands down the best martial arts place we’ve been to! My kids love this place! Sifu Milos is incredibly knowledgeable and has thought my kids how to be focused, confident and have self awareness while having fun! I highly recommend you to come and try a free class to see for yourself the amazing place this is. I can confidently say being part of MY VLMA was the best decision we’ve made.
