I love OTF! I am a Premier Founding Member at OTF Clarskburg in MD. Went to Florida on vacation and the Plantation studio was the closest to me. The Assistant Manager, David was very nice and accommodating. Was able to get my workout in :0)

Registering was quick and easy and very welcoming! I love how convenient the app makes the whole process and how effective the classes have been! Great customer service by the staff and coach takes the time to assist if you’re doing something wrong or need an alternative so you never feel lost! Thank you!!

Cancellation policy is atrocious. Going through financial difficulties, my wife called to cancel shortly after her second month of membership began. She just noticed they billed her again, for a third month, money she cannot afford at the moment. Note that in her last month she had only attended one class and has had no intention to return for any further classes. This would mean she's paying $320+ for a single class. When discussing the issue with David, the store manager, he claims due to corporate policy, she cannot be refunded even though she #1 gave verbal notice to cancel, #2 will not be attending classes and #3 only attended the one class last month. No forms were given to her when she asked to cancel, she had assumed that calling them was all that was needed. Now they say she would have had to come in and fill out forms a month in advance of any cancellation? News to her! Regardless of how well they may operate as a gym, as a corporate structure they are not customer focused and are merely money-grubbing parasites.

I wish 0 stars was an option. I feel I was scammed! I am in a financial hardship at the moment. Called to explain what I am going through. Not only was I mocked at and laughed at by David the store manager.. He sad you signed papers and there is nothing we can do. It is industry policy and we have a strict cancellation policy. I get it but what about caring about your customers? I am sure there is something they can do they just do not want to! I am not only calling the BBB but I found out that there is 19 complaints regarding their cancellation policy. Not only do you have to to sign a cancellation form but then they charge you 2 months after that. Well screw them!!!! CUSTOMERS and future CUSTOMERS of this gym beware. Trust me Orange Theory of plantation You pissed me off so I am going to do my best to get my money back and make people aware of how awful your company really is. EXPECT to LOOSE Customers after this. BBB will be informed, disputing charges with my bank, leaving nasty reviews about you and letting people I know that attend your gym about how you scammed me.

Great gym and awesome coaches. The place is well kept and has a clean shower room/bathroom. The coaches are very motivating. They make sure you do the right thing

Great front desk staff. Always welcoming and friendly. I have been to several locations and the front desk/ first impression really makes a difference! Of course the workouts and trainers are top notch as well! : )

Obsessed obsessed obsessed!! No better workout in the whole world. I get so excited before my next class :) and the staff here are all the MOST encouraging, uplifting and motivating people!! They make me feel so good about myself! Best decision I’ve ever made for my body is OT

I'll start with the negative... This place is addictive! The staff is super friendly and workouts keep changing and challenging me. The price may seem high but it truly is worth it if you prefer a fun group workout with accountability and results.

This gym holds you accountable. The front desk always has a warm welcoming smile to offer! Megan Gabby Dave and Barb are my go to for assistance and encouragement! I am not like most losing tons of weight, rather I have lost inches and built muscle! That is more important to me anyway. I joined because I’m training for the Dopey Challenge and it has held me accountable for my workouts! I also have an injury on my knee and the studio is more than willing to assist with options to prevent aggravating said injury.
