Kevin Medina is the bomb!!! I’ve never done kickboxing before and I’m absolutely addicted. He makes it not only easy but fun. I have already recommended him to all my friends. I’ve only been going for a short period and I can already tell a difference in my moves. Thanks Kevin 🤙@bushidokev …

If I could give Zero stars, I would.GM Jason Foxworth is completely unprofessional and has no concept of customer service whatsoever. After being told that the gym would open in two weeks, I agreed to sign up for a specific price and that I would only be charged the application fee ($25) until the gym opened. Then I was told opening was delayed. Then I was charged MORE than what I was told. When I asked GM Foxworth for an update on the opening, no response. When I asked the person I signed up with, no response. When I asked for them to refund the money until the gym opened, I was told by GM Jason Foxworth that I'd lose the special rate I was locked into. Again, this gym STILL hasn't opened. So they take the customer's money and deliver zero product or service. All that had to happen for UFC to keep my business was (1) charge the application fee, (2) refund the remaining money pending opening of the gym, and (3) tell me when the gym is actually going to open. However, GM Foxworth seemed more interested in issuing a refund and losing a customer. He is completely unprofessional and has no concept of customer service whatsoever. This place is a scam. Customer service is absolutely terrible. GM Foxworth just lost UFC two customers and probably more. I'm sure I'll be waiting weeks for the refund and will just have to go through my bank.

I have a fun story. One of my friends purchased a membership here way before the place opened. After he purchased his membership, UFC stated the doors would be open in less than 3 weeks. It has been 4 months since then and they are still not open. He hasn’t received a single notice as to when they will be open, nor has he received a call or email back after he tried to contact them on 7 different occasions. He is currently paying 80$ monthly for the ultimate membership even though they aren’t even open. When he first signed up he had to pay for his first month, his last month and a new member fee which in total costed about 250$. I found it strange that nobody responded to his email or phone calls so I decided to send an message from a different email address posing as a new customer asking to purchase a new membership (this was a test). I received a call back in less than an hour. I found that to be a little fishy, but I wanted to make sure that it wasn’t just a coincidence. Me and my friend did a little experiment to find out the truth. We both made a new email account and we each sent an email at the EXACT same time with two very different questions. The first email we sent was a message asking to sign up as a new member (this was the email that I created). In the other email, the message was asking when they will be opening and how to cancel my current membership (my friend sent this email). Both emails we sent had our phone numbers on it to contact us. Can you guess what happened next………? Within a couple of hours I received a call from someone at UFC fit. The man tried to sell me a membership and even offered to call me back at a different time after I told him I wanted to think about it before I spend my money. My friend never received anything back from the other message. Currently I am a member at UFC fit Pembroke Pines and I have to admit that the gym has everything you can wish for, but this bothers me. Trust means a lot to me and For this reason I decided to cancel my membership today and so did my friend. If UFC fit is reading this review, this should bother you guys. I’m not expecting a response to this review considering that I’m not asking for a new new membership. Its obvious that having bad customer service doesn’t bother you guys, but just understand that you guys will loose money in the long run this way. It’s unfortunate because the front desk staff members and trainers are amazing and helpful but this is wrong on managements part. I suggest you start responding to your reviews because you guys have 2.2 stars before you guys have even opened your doors. Please Do better ❤️

All the classes that Kevin teaches are great. He cares about safety and technique. The whole entire gym is amazing from equipment to teachers. Would highly recommend joining.

Terrible sales personnel that has been at me for awhile for promotional rates that will expire “tomorrow.” I was promised just like everyone else here that the gym would have been opened in 3 weeks when I was being spoken to last year. Also they would say anything to get the sale. Yes the gym is open extended hours but there is a difference between telling me it was 24/7 and the actual hours. I was really excited about the gym itself but the sales people really killed the experience for myself before it even started.

Signed up in October 2021 but requested cancellation January 2022 after realizing it's not realistic for me to travel with toddler and baby despite having a daycare on site because I would waste SO MUCH TIME between the drive there and back, unloading the kids with all the baby stuff, etc. Perhaps if you have toddlers which don't require much to travel with like a baby would, this could work for you.On 5/30/22, I was charged $138.04 despite the fact I requested to cancel in January. I was told to contact Elena Garcia who handles cancellations. She is out sick today. I will follow up again tomorrow and Friday. Really hoping they won't give me a hard time with this or I'll be extremely upset.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Paid for a year up front back in October, after they kept postponing the opening I decided to cancel my membership in December. I have emailed over FOURTEEN times and called an ungodly amount of times to try and get a refund only to be met with disregard and rude responses from employees. Do not sign up for this gym.UPDATE: 3/21/2022 No one has been in contact with me. My emails are still being ignored.Still have not received my refund for THREE months now. They do not answer their phones. This is criminal at this point.UPDATE: 7/30/2022Still no refund, still being ignored.

Gave me the run down on how great everything will be and how they could help me post stroke but it just seems like they saw me as an easy target to get my money well over $500. They’re no where near open and folks have been dodging my calls and telling me they have to go through a third party in order for me to get my money back. Imagine a person who’s already going through life trying to get proper therapy only to be told lies and not be given my money back. This is not how you treat people. Why scout for members if you guys aren’t even going to be open at the promised time you advised months ago?

I came from LA fitness and I must say I’m extremely impressed with what this gym has to offer. Mariano was an amazing help. He was very informative and knowledgeable. Helped me make the switch to UFC and I do not have regrets.

Beware when you FREEZE your account. Do not just rely on them entering it in the computer, make the manager sign a paper or make sure there is a reply to your email. MAKE THEM DO IT IN FRONT OF YOU. I been trying to freeze my account since the 1st day of opening, went physically to the gym, spoke to Alex, Laura and Elena. And this is still not resolved! Very disappointing. Don't even want to go to this gym anymore.
