Great place to safely get in shape since the Covid shut down all gyms for several months. Their coaches are amazing & knowledgeable, especially, Nick. They allow you to hang out after a class if you want more exercising to do. Their workouts are challenging, but everyone can do them at your own pace & modify what works for you.

I was intimidated first to try the CrossFit but the amazing coaches and trainers took the fear away. No judgement at this place but great advice on moving properly and recovering properly. Very friendly and welcoming gym. Lots of fun and inspiration. One of my favorite place to workout and can afford cheat days.

A place full of greatness and positive people! My husband and I have been a member for almost two years now and we never thought about going anywhere else. I have made so much progress during my first year, gained so much strength that I never thought I had. Now with some injuries due to car accident, there’s still so much to do in this gym. The classes are awesome. The coaches are very supportive and encouraging throughout. Everyone at the gym is supper supportive and humble, no matter what level you are.
