Similar feedback as Johnny D. Waited over an hour for the gym to open today before ending up going to the San Ramon branch. Over 30 people waiting before giving up and leaving as well. Are opening hours changed or is the person not showing to up open the facility?

Besides the lady not showing up at 5am to open the facility, it's great. It's hit and miss as to whether she will even show up. So, all the regulars, about 30 people, stand outside in the cold, waiting for her to show up. Sometimes its 5:15 and other times it's 5:45, just whenever they get there. This would all be settled if they would just make it an actual 24 hour facility. Other than that, it's a great gym

Pleasanton 24hr is really nice, well kept , front desk is very polite and greets you coming in and leaving for the few times I've recently attended. Parking is a little tight and the pool is small and a little cloudy. The wet areas and locker room are clean and organized.12-20 Again, gym is cleaner than Livermore. Pool busy due to size.

Can we please open more locations for convenience to continue using facility. Scarce locations makes it tough. We love the Livermore and Pleasanton facilities and the staff.
