Coaches are extremely motivating, friendly environment, and good upbeat playlists (for the most part). I think I’ve finally found something I can be consistent with

Orange theory is my favorite form of class workout! I’ve tried Soulcycle and Equinox classes in the past, but the OT style workout is a great fit for someone looking for a mix of cardio and strength training with HIIT. The music is bumping and the 60 minutes fly by, you walk out knowing you worked hard and got a solid workout in every time because the coaches are awesome. I’ve taken classes with Head Coach Sarah, Taylor, Maria, Gabriele, Jaimie, and more, never had a bad class. I was extremely intimidated before I started in August 2022, but quickly realized once you walk into the studio it’s you against yourself! There is a range of fitness levels and all the coaches are quick to offer options and modifications to the exercises as needed. I love the heart rate monitor system that keeps me accountable for working hard or taking it easy if I need to. The coaches are what makes the workout experience great and are super friendly to help if you have any questions.

Pleasanton OTF is amazing! The coaches and staff in the front are always in great spirits and encourage me every time I step in. It is an inviting place. Then, once through the doors, they have awesome and inspiring workouts for any fitness level!

Update: I'm still going 9 months later! I wanted to add that all the coaches are helpful, motivating, and friendly. If I had to choose my favorites, it would be Maria and Jamie. But honestly, all of the coaches are amazing!OrangeTheory is perfect for you if you've always struggled finding motivation to workout in a normal gym (like me). What I like the most is that it feels like you have a personal trainer but in the form of a class. I've been going 4 days a week for 2 weeks now and I'm already addicted.

I absolutely LOVE OTF! All I have to do is show up and work my butt off. No planning, no thought just incredible workouts that always challenge me. I live the ❤️rate monitor so I can see the data proving I've pushed myself as hard as I can without overdoing it. The coaches are awesome!

I was initially wary about Orange Theory, because of the comparison board where everyone’s name is up. But I have been working out here since August and I absolutely love it. My main aim is to work on cardio, since I also do other strength workouts on my own. And cardio is exactly what I get here. Each day is different, keeping it interesting, everyone is friendly and welcoming. The coaches are great and motivating. I like that we can choose our own pace, doing more on some days than others, depending how I feel. I always look forward to my workouts!

To say the staff and coaches are amazing at OTF Pleasanton would be an understatement. It is by far the best gym/workout program I’ve been a part of. I would not be so far along in my weight loss journey if it wasn’t for the efforts of Coach: Sarah, Maria, Gabriel, Sam, Jaime. And couldn’t be a seamless and amazing experience without Kim, Denise, Melissa and Inna! Thank you for all you do

I LOVE my Pleasanton OT coaches & staff (Kimberly, Maria, Sarah, and more), and look forward to getting my workout in every time! But it wasn’t always like this. My first few classes were pretty rough and I wasn’t sure I could commit to the format or that I’d ever ENJOY it. But I stuck with it and am so glad I did. It’s been almost a year and I just upped my commitment from 2 days/week to 4 days/week. I haven’t stuck with any structured exercise program for this long since my 20’s-30’s (I’m 50+).I love the ease of booking a class, showing up and letting someone else tell me what to do for the next hour. Not an initial fan of the treadmill or rower (elliptical has been my equipment of choice), I’ve learned to love the format of the various stations. I’ve gotten noticeably stronger/leaner in the past year, feel fewer lower back pains, and have more energy and overall stamina.I look forward to seeing the staff as I walk into the studio each time and love that I have different coaches to guide me. I also enjoy seeing many of the same faces at each workout. I like being part of a regular community all working to make themselves stronger and healthier. It’s like a healthy version of your favorite neighborhood bar without the hangover!

The workout was very boring and was much longer than I’d like. I prefer shorter, higher intensity sessions to get my heart rate up more. The coach running the class wasn’t able to individually help anyone with their form because the client-instructor ratio was like 18-1.If you need personal training help or modified exercises, this is not the place. The class times also make it very difficult to accommodate consistently working out.The staff was nice so no issues there.

Honestly the only fitness program I’ve ever stuck to. The workouts are intense but also easy to modify if you need to. The coaches are super motivating and they really care about your progress and safety. They always take the time to help correct your form or address concerns so that you don’t end up with any injuries. It is pricey compared to a regular gym, but for me it’s been worth every penny.
