Drove all the way to Pleasanton location to pick up protein powder for the next couple weeks. Online says they close at 1pm and re-open at 3:30pm. I arrived just before 12:40pm and no one there. 1 hr waste of my time and waste of gas money.

The best place for customized HIIT training. Coaches are very helpful and train you in the proper form of the exercise. They also explain which muscle groups are worked for each exercise. Very friendly group based workout sessions and community. The best CSRs!

P2P workouts are HIIT with a good mix of strength training. It is easier to maintain your schedule as they offer multiple morning and evening class options. Coaches provide good personal attention and are ready to help you with your form, technique and nutrition. They rotate through the week thus keeping routines fresh. Strong P2P community support to guide, support, encourage you.

I am giving this 3 star only because Coach D'Marcus Williams was awesome otherwise this place deserves 1 star. As a first timer attending the workout session at P2P, I was excited but got turned off pretty quickly. I was asked to come 15 minutes earlier than the class to check in and didn't get to check in until the time of the class because actual members were given the priority to check in - due to this, the class was full and majority of the equipment required for the workout session was already taken (fitness weight balls, steps, the square blocks) - you would think they would have enough equipment for people who are coming to class but clearly that is not the case. In addition, the place did not seem to be clean - couldn't see wipes anywhere close to where I was to wipe down equipment before using. Just not a pleasant experience at all.

I simply love p2p! It's a mind and body challenge , coaches push you over you think is your limit, they motivate you every single work out , they are a fun and healthy environment. I just finished the 6 weeks challenge losing almost 24 pounds following a healthy meal plan and I learned to appreciate every single flavor in my food every item I use to cook its unbelievable how much I love to be in the kitchen right now and be creative for my family as well. I'm forever grateful for this experience and I hope to have a chance to do it again and reach the greatness me!

My wife has been going for several years after successfully completing the weight loss challenge. This is the first gym experience where she still enjoys going 4 or 5 times per week. Classes are varied and the instructors are good. Each day has a theme and all the classes for that day follow it.

I absolutely love this place. I made great friends here. I had lost 21 pounds in mid 2017 by signing up for their 6 weeks challenge. However I gained most of it back after not properly following the diet. Then I joined them as their member, although a bit pricey, I did find that you can change your lifestyle to lead somewhat normal life by doing some adjustments to your diet and still lose/maintain weight . The best part is I made some great friends here and we motivate each other to workout at lease 4 days a week. The trainers are the best and the training is Intense.
