Have been training for a year there now. If you are looking to get in shape or learn self defense or develop the skills to compete at any level than this is the place for you. All the programs are lead by knowledgeable and experienced coaches. THERE ARE SHOWERS!! train in the morning, shower head to work.

Superb facility and training. The staff is extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Zero ego in this gym and everyone has a pleasant vibe with a willingness to help others. Would recommend to a brand new beginner or a seasoned martial artist.
