The most wonderful place. Anne, the owner, is a jewell. She's been there since the first studio on Arrow Hwy with Joe, back in the day. These people are the best!

I love this yoga studio! You have a variety of classes, which I appreciate. The instructors are patient and motivating. I never felt pressured to keep up with the more advanced students but to take my time and focus on pose. It’s my happy place.

Kind a curious. If you have any questions they have answers. The studio is clean and well taken care of. The instructors in a number of classes are “THE BEST”. Bikram Yoga and Belly dancing are PHENOMENAL. Gear, they have what you need from water bottles, mats, towels, tees, yoga sets etc. TRANSFORM YOUR BODY, MIND, HEART & SOUL at the studio that cares about me and WILL care about you. ANNE THE OWNER a “CLASS ACT.”

The room was clean, hot, and with humidifiers. Some instructors stay at the front of the class, some walk around, and all are engaged and helping to correct posture and form when needed. I’ve been to lots of other studios and people come in and out, leaving the doors open and the room isn’t hot. This studio is not like that. Bring water (in a stainless steel sontainer to maintain cold temp is best for after class). Once you get used to the class you won’t drink water as much during the class and you’ll drink the most quantity after class.

Nice place, with smart challenging and friendly instructors. Did not smell bad. It was a clean and well run facility

I have been coming to this studio for 9 years. They recently moved to this location. I love the teachers, the studio and everything about it! Anne, the owner is amazing! Great place, great teachers! Good luck Anne!
