Very nice location for a good long workout

Very crowded, did not like the overall feel of the place, definitely affordable, but not my cup of Tea. Weird characters loitering throughout parking lot.

I Need to renew my membership. Bike Gang.

I got my membership 8/23/2023. It is now December 2023 I never went to planet fitness once (my mother got sick shortly after i got my membership, and it was hard for me to get away.) After calling customer care, and asking if I would be able to get a refund of all the money I have paid ($125.00) the gentleman told me that planet fitness was a franchise, and it was up to management to decide, but he didn't see why they would not give it back considering i never went. So I went to planet fitness of Pomona, asked for the manager (who was not there). The assistant manager approached, and I proceeded to tell her that I was there to cancel my membership, and if there was anyway I could get a refund back or at least my anual fee. She told me NO that there's no way she can do that, and I told her that she could do it because I was told by customer service that it was up to management to decide if they were going to be Courteous about refunding. She pretty much told me that she was not going to be courteous about any refund, and that it's the customers responsibility to cancel. It's sad that I have been struggling taking care of my sick mother and unable to get to your establishment in a timely manner to cancel my membership (which is the only option of doing so), and you can't even at the very least refund my anual fee. Out of all the gym's that I could have chosen to go to I chose planet fitness to be my gym, and boy did I make the wrong decision. That is one place I will NEVER EVER consider going to in the future. These people do not care about the customers only the money you put in their pockets. Sucks that people have no heart or care for others anymore. People are so selfish and greedy.

Updated equipment, plenty of parking, always clean. Sometimes they run out of sanitizer.

My experience is always good. The facility is clean, filled with a lot of equipment and a reasonable price.

I really enjoyed the New Cardio Machines

I went from 246.lbs to 152.lbs by working out on my owe pace, and keeping to my dietAnd not over doing it, but I was really sore so the less I went to work out , now if plantfitness had a Jacuzzi or pool I would go every day for sure because my body would feel 100%better, Not the massage chairs don't work ..

Great I will say I think

Awesome facility. Have been coming here for 2 years and the owner just replaced all the cardio equipment. All new! Highly recommend Planet Fitness. Very clean and the staff is very personable
