very clean gym ,my only problem is the hours I hope in the near future your open 24/7 I like to get there early for a great workout.

Great location, great staff BUT come on, the weight space is too tight and narrow for 5 benches, TOO uncomfortable! Big mistake since it's the busiest area at any gym.

I'm from out of town and when I went to this gym I felt right at home, staff was great and helpful. The gym was nice and clean, good job guys

Just started my membership and worked out for the first time today. Everyone was nice and helpful. The atmosphere was very confortable and am looking forward to working on my fitness.

I recently like many other wanted to join a gym for myself and my son. i seen the in the pomona area was a new planet fitness opening. i joined thinking that i had seen lots of good things on there website, but when i went for my first work out it was horrible. the gym is small, not many machines, i had to wait in line to use a machine. there is no one there with actual experience on fitness. i asked a question on cardio/and weight lifting and there response was i would have to google that i'll get back to you before you work out is done. WOW.there was pizza on the floor, on machines. these place was ordering pizza after pizza and having them delivered to there front desk. it was like watching cattle grazing. lucky me that my membership has no commitment i can cancel any time, which i will do after this review. stay away people this place does not care about fitness or you.

Great chain of gyms around the nation. Clean and affordable. The employees are helpful with a professional and kind attitude. I revommend it to everyone. Plus the hydromassage are my favorite. The only thing they need to have is a spa. Maybe a pool too. Or zumba classes/ spinning. But that's my opinion. I enjoy working out!

Everyone is friendly and attentive. The black card features are the best!!! I'm really enjoying this place so far. Guest pass is hassle free. Definitely recommend this gym

Kids are working at this location so they are not very friendly or polite as well as fitness knowledgeable. You ask them to sign up for the massage chairs or hydro bed and its like you're asking them for a ride home in their car, that's the attitude you get. I caught one female employee looking at me and laughing (guess I wasn't up to her expectations on visual). They have a huge bucket of stupid candy in the front counter, what does that tell you? I can honestly say there is ONLY one female employee that is super polite, on point and is a hard worker (I see her hustling all around the gym) wish I knew her name, she's young, thin, latina with highlighted shoulder hair that's usually curled. This young lady is the same one that stayed hours in front of the store waiting for the dog shelter to show up and pick up a poor dog she had found. I guess the old saying is true, you get what you pay for. What this location needs is a mature, adult manager to get there and crack the whip, get EVERYONE trained and on point with great customer service.

Before Planet Fitness, I used to go to 24 Hour Fitness. I can honestly say Planet Fitness is 5 times better than 24 Hour Fitness. Planet Fitness is way more affordable and just has a more welcoming feeling. They have so many machines and everything is always clean, and it's not just this location, I've been to another location closer to work and the experience is the same. I love this gym! I have been recommending this gym to everyone!

I attempted to sign up right now, and none of the sales representatives were NOT present at the hours designated. The contractors who said they were not affiliated with the gym were rude to me, and the one of the young contractors was incredibly disrespectful. Another one said, "Well you can sign up online." I acknowledge that, but that isn't the point. If the owners of this gym want customers, then they need to be respectful to potential customers.
