The place is clean and they have enough machines. However, they have terrible policies. For example, if you want to cancel your membership you have to do it in person or send them a letter, you can not do it over the phone or online.

After a stressful day at work I need to go to the Gym to exercise and unwind..... releasing the stress.All the staff are so friendly.Every first Monday of the month they serve pizza,but you have to be fast otherwise in 15 minutes pizza is gone.

Great place to work out. They just keep the temperature too cold, always around 70 degrees. Should be no less than 77 for a good sweat.

Don't go for the cheap plan. You're selling yourself short. Go all in on the black card, and reap the rewards. In addition to the 24/5 gym membership, you get access to the infrared booth, tanning booth, mediocre massage chairs... And the coup de gras: the Hydromassage. In increments of 10 minutes (so you share with others), you can have a slice of heaven. In some ways, it's more efficient than a masseur, and it leaves you feeling giddy. The gym is also quite clean, and there are also benefitsI haven't yet enjoyed personally... Bagel day, pizza day, free 5-or-less group fitness classes on the machines. The only things missing are child care, a dance studio, and rowing machines!

Been to 6 PF locations so far (in 2years) but the one in pomona is my favorite by far. Nice staff, always clean, n i kindv like tht its not so big makes finding the next machine easier to deside :)

Big on cardio, small on strength training. They sell water and lots of sugary drinks like Gatorade but no caffeinated drinks. Complaining to staff doesn't get them to sell energy drinks. Management seems to not listen.Very friendly staff. All the employees I've talked to rock!

The gym is always cold or cool in the morning. People are bundled up. It makes a workout uncomfortable. I think the owners are just being cheap and wont turn up the heat to match, say, LA Fitness. The manger, Mr. Weedon said if he heated it up in the morning it would be too stuffy in the afternoon. I said every other gym in the world manages. He said there was maybe something wrong with the AC/heat which is only 2 years old. It was just over 60 degrees at 7 in the morn. I took pics.

Would be better if they wouldn't stop you at the door in front of everyone after payment was late only one day. I had been paying faithfully for two years. Instead of fixing their issues or even filling up the hand sanitizer dispensers (which are always empty) they're too worried about 1 day late payment. Wouldn't have been an issue if they'd had just called.

It is a great gym, it has everything to accommodate every work out that one needs to do. However, I would like them to extend their hours in particular this location on Fridays to midnight. It makes it hard for most of us that have family and work to squeeze in a good work out instead of rushing it.
