I have stayed in the past at this hotel. It's ok. This is my most recent experience. A close friend had a heart attack & died unexpectedly. I was blackmailed into changing my date, or they would charge my credit card. I'll continue to give my business to Marriott. Marriott truly cares about customers and unexpected events that happen.
