TML has quickly become my new happy place! After finishing 200 barre classes religiously I was looking to add more resistance to my daily workouts. My friends had previously recommended the megaformer training to me but back then while I was looking for a Lagree studio nearby, most of them were located in the West LA side. So happy to see TML pop up on my Google search this time around! I’ve started with the Fundamentals classes and gradually eased myself into the regular classes. The Fundamentals classes have more basic moves but they are in no way easy, I still get a good workout from them every time! All the instructors at TML who I have had classes with are friendly, welcoming, and know their stuff! Every one of them has their unique style and I love having a good mix of instructors in my weekly schedule so it never gets dull! Highly recommend TML to people who are looking for solid strength training but aren’t fond of the traditional strength training like weightlifting.

Absolutely love everything about The Method! It challenges me EVERY SINGLE TIME! Low impact that packs a serious punch and the shake is very REAL! The amount of classes offered is great! Music is always a motivator. ALL the instructors we've had are amazing, Jen, Lexi, Liz, Brenda, Malarie, Daniela, Rashad, Christina, Janell -we love each one and the individual style they bring to each workout! Karen is always quick to help with any administrative need or questions. A fun, encouraging and happy place to sweat your tush off!

A workout that’ll have you dripping in sweat, and your muscles shaking in the first few minutes. You’ll possibly question why you signed up for it, but the results will speak for themselves, and you’ll be coming back for more!

So incredibly stoked this place opened up. The IE needed lagree and The Method delivered! The instructors are AMAZING! The hours are great and vary for all schedule types. Hello 5am! The workouts are quick (45 minutes) yet super effective. You’ll feel the shake and burn instantly and then question how you’re gonna get down the stairs when you’re done. Don’t sleep on this. Go!!!

This is my favorite Pilates studio I have ever been too! You can’t go wrong with any of the instructors but Lexi and Jen are my fav! It’s a challenging workout but you will feel so good after. I’ve tried quite a few studios before this and almost gave up on pilates because I wasn’t feeling like I got anything out of it until Method! I promise you will not be disappointed!

The Method lagree was introduced to me by my long time coach Jennifer K. I’ve been working out with her and another coach (Liz, also an instructor at The Method Lagree) for years and throughout the pandemic. They taught me to love fitness and getting stronger. So I was hesitant to try any other instructors as I wanted to make sure I got a good fun burn. Well this morning I was surprised and hesitant to take a new instructor (Malarie) and boy was I pleasantly surprised. Loved her music and keen eye to everyone in the room. Energy is so important when you’re in such a small space/group to lead and she is officially being added to my rotation of instructors. I have to assume now that trying out something/one new might be just what you needed! Give this place a try, it’s worth every minute!

This is my absolute favorite place to be everyday. I’ve known Jen for forever and anything she is a part of, I want to be a part of. All the instructors are amazing and have created such a supportive and loving community! Not only is the environment amazing, but the workouts are extremely effective and the best part of my day.
