I walk by this gym, even before FACEMASKS were starting to get removed and this GYM NEVER FOLLOWED THE RULES EVEN FOR FACEMASKS!! Yes it is a GYM for learning boxing or other physical activites.. No one follows Federal Laws, they follow gym rules supposedly which I find extremely hard to take as a fact, it is a hole in the wall business, absolutely not enough space for more than 10 people at a time in which there is usually 30-40 people inside at all times, they are over priced, not even close to PROFESSIONAL staff or even protective equipment on hand, you must have your own equipment to participate which costs up to $560 and minimum $160 for bare equipment, anyone and everyone is allowed inside, there is extremely limited parking.. When I watched how the staff taught it was more of brawling then actual boxing, and it is 2 different forms of fighting, it is overly hot all the time, people sweating should have VENTILATION PERIOD!, even the staff are stand oafish unless you inquire about learning to box and even then their personal attention is NOT ON YOU EVER!! Very unprofessional, very uncomfortable, and not worth learning at this business! Also NONE OF THE PICTURES OR VIDEOS SHOW ACTUALLY HOW IT IS RUN!! False advertising is what I see on google and in person.. I stopped going because there are no actual rules at this business, other than RESPECT EACH OTHER!, this business does not even know the meaning of RESPECT OF PERSONAL SPACE!Also wearing a FACEMASK WHILE LEARNING QUADRUPALS YOUR BREATHING TECHNIQUE!! It not only limits how much air you take in, how much air is expended per square inch! Called breathing techniques!! While any physical sport is being played when you wear a FACEMASK it limits breathing in and out, while punching you are limited by breathing because you hold your breath and do not expel it while punching to increase the mass of the punch, wearing a FACEMASK will 100% make you perform 100 times faster, 100 times quicker, and 100 times more stamina because of the already LIMITED CONTROL OF BREATHING you are already trying to RE-LEARN FROM NORMAL BREATHING!!!DO NOT BELIEVE ME, TRY IT OUT FOR 6 MONTHS AND SEE HOW QUICKLY YOUR ENTIRE BODY WILL FOCUS ON TECHNIQUES RETRAIN YOUR BRAIN ON HOW TO INHALE AND EXPEL AIR WHILE STILL KEEPING ALL YOUR STAMINA!!

Very comfortable environment! Very professional!! Great energy!! Great place to get your body & mind right!!

Very energetic place, more than just another gym. The ambient, the people, makes you want to keep coming back, and get that work out you need it.

My son loves it here! He is taking boxing lessons, and learning some life lessons the owner teacher coach has been a pillar of the community great energy. good for the Mind Body and Soul.
