Fantastic coaching that applies to beginners all the way through to the more experienced individual, so you can go with friends etc and not feel that you are not getting what you need. Right balance of progressive, friendly and competitive environment set in stunning facilities. Highly recommended.

WOW ! Finally found a gym where every staff is professional and caring. Super clean and hygenic, all work out machines are thoroughly disinfected and the most amazing thing is the staff are approachable, very knowledgable and very understanding what im there for. Best decision i made joining the AF team! Thank you

I use their other gym often, but they had also mentioned this one as an alternative when I am in the area. Ironically I had meetings across the street and popped in. It was great. Great layout. Friendly staff. And oh yeah...great climate control so I could get in my sweat but not feel like it was too hot. Glad to have another great spot in the area now.

We travel to Florida several times a year. Have been an AF member for several years and travel to many different locations throughout the US. This is one of the best AF locations in the US and love working out at the Pompano location.

I travel from Ontario Canada to Pompano Florida for the best AF experience ever. This owner is always present and I’ve never experienced this type of pride that he takes in keeping our gym CLEAN a maintained.
