The management answers questions and is very accommodating. I am impressed with the variety of equipment and training area. Unfortunately I’m leaving FL soon or I would declare this location as home.

I loved this gym from the beginning, nice staff, always clean and great equipment. Not crowded, good parking it’s safe and clean, machines always in working order, not like other gyms, love it here and will stay here, thank you AF

Was not satisfied with the experience I just had. My first day here I let them know that I’m a member out of Michigan and live here now and that I use active and fit, she said no problem we will be come your home club after 30 days. Today I receive a call from a lady that is not very nice saying we don’t take “insurance covered memberships” mind you I pay 45 a month to active and fit. Her excuse is “we’re a coaching gym” - I don’t use the coaches nor want to. This location is missing tanning unlike the others. Stay away from the bait and switch.

Don't visit this establishment with new ownership unless you want to transfer membership to them. I have been blocked from using the facilities since I didn't want to transfer my 10 years of membership to them while visiting Pompano Beach. Great new owners and what a policy! Good job!
