Anytime Fitness

I walk in in a rush as the sales person greeted me, first thing I say don’t have enough time just need to look at the free weights as she is walking me back. I get stoped in a rude way by the owner, he says no one goes in with out signing a waiver.. wow it was the way he said it I said no time thank you.. he made the sales girl loose a quick sell.. so rude lost a customer and my bf I was going to bring.Red flag all he wants is the money..zero customer sevice.

Cindy and Gus are awesome! Open 24 hrs, great equipment, clean, new, and professional.The only gym in the area that had a hex bar!

By far one of nicest, cleanest Anytime gyms. My boyfriend & I are in town visiting & the owners were more than friendly & were very helpful!

since Day one that is started this gym has always been clean peaceful and a good environment to train in. The owners Geo and Cindy are always helpful they remember people by name and they do everything they can to make the experience even better..i have been there since September of 2018 and its has been the best place so far that i have used...every time i step in there it feels like its a second home and honestly i have made friends in there and now we train together.. Geo always cleaning making that place spotless that gym is his baby always welcoming new people and making sure that all their questions are answered when it comes to products and how the machines work and even membership love the 24/7/365 access they clearly do post their hours of operation on the door and also on a dry erase board as well .. i have always been able to ask question via face book or even calling in they are prompt on the response time either method..these two with the level of customer service deserve to have 5 stars back to back they go out of their way and beyond..

Just letting you guys know I will be contacting corporate for the complete disrespect and aweful service. I was down here traveling and had an issue with the place I was staying. I’m traveling alone and I’m a young girl so this was stressful for me. I finally found a room and there was problems with my room so I decided to finish getting ready in the gym. As I’m a traveling model and have done this in anytime fitnesses across America. When I said hi to the employees I was greeted with eye rolls and lies that I was messy. I am in no way messy my parents taught me better than that. I feel slightly discriminated against. Maybe because I look different. My father will be getting envolved and we will be contacting corporate.So when I came in I looked in the office window no one acknowledged me. I have actually worked for a few anytime fitnesses in north Florida. It is the employees job to greet the guest. I did wave and say hi to two employees and I got eye rolls. So thanks. So thanks I won’t be going back not because I can’t but because I don’t want to.

Been a member for several months now. Super convenient for me, very clean facility, good variety of equipment to use. Super friendly staff and owners. A+ establishment. Though parking is sometimes a challenge as the parking lot is shared with Walmart and other businesses.

Beautiful gym, I will give the gym 5 stars. Wonderful equipment and even the short amount of days I tried the gym the trainer was super friendly even at 6am. Always opening the door with a smile on his face and a nice good morning!However, very disappointed in the owners, well the husband, Geo. The wife, Cindy, she was very kind. I inquired about the gym on Monday 2/25/19, after also inquiring about the Sunrise location (closest to my office) and found out the gym, including sign up fees and monthly, cost difference was about 30 a month. So come Monday, I was offered a trial by the wife, 3 days, although the website says 7, needless to say the husband had offered me 1 day prior to my discussion with her.Anyways I went the 3 days, and Really enjoyed the gym. I had decided to sign up. Friday I got stuck at work, and although I had previously told the husband I'd make it there by 5 (their office hours), I notified them when I couldn't and explained I'd be there today (prior to 2, also their office hours).Today I was there before 2, as promised.On Monday we had agreed to pricing, although more than Sunrise, this was closer to home. I obliged. The wife also was kind, explained how she worked with the local hospitals etc, as I found very endearing, as I am a medical professional in our community.In theory, I could sign up at the Sunrise location for a better price all around and work out at both locations for cheaper- I would have just needed to wait my 30 days as a new member.Today I went in and everything we had agreed upon Monday, was dismissed, it was like starting our 30 min conversation from Monday all over again.Including him refusing my credit card, and stating I needed to pay with a checking account- yes providing my routing number. I told Geo- I'm sorry I couldn't agree to this, including the what was suppose to be a monthly agreement now turned into a 12 month agreement, and he used agreement instead of contract as the "term". When I refused he asked me to wait for his wife, as I explained I couldn't I had my dog in the car (I have been at a fundraiser all day). Then questioned why “I’d bring a dog when I’m signing up for a membership”. - well to make that 2pm closing time- I rushed on my way home. Not that I should need to explain...He told me if I needed to leave and not wait for his wife "just leave". Also accosted me for working out for 3 days when "he told me I could for one day" and how " I didn't even sign a waiver", which I had.So unprofessional, and a bit scary, as he stood up from behind the desk when this was all going on. Which is a shame for a beautiful gym and co owner, who once again I had already spent 30 mins with on Monday discussing the membership. The last thing he said before I walked out "don’t tell me how to run my business".Well news flash- customers are always right, and secondly, don't ever speak to a woman in that manor or behavior. You may be a franchise but, how embarrassing for the gym and furthermore for the "anytime" brand.There's too many gyms in South Florida to have this mentality. Really in any business- your customers are your lifeline. I'm flabbergasted and a bit shaken up, that I was spoken to in that manor.What a shame.

WOW!! This is really really nice gym! Owner super nice. Place is impeccable! Very clean.This was my first visit, and I’m very impressed.This gym has everything you need.

Giovanni and Cindy are hands on kind of owners that demonstrates hands on professional experience with pride care and cleanliness.They really take there business serious and operates a great self sufficient gym. I highly recommend this particular Anytime Fitness.

This is hands down one of the nicest gyms in the area. The owners are very friendly, and the gym is always clean. Even during peak hours you can manage to use all the machines that you need in order to complete your workout.
