Not great so far. The amenities like the hydro machine and the massage chairs had a long line to get to. People at the front desk were rehearsed although knowledgeable- i.e, they didn't think outside of the box to assist me in making my home gym their gym. I ended up going to the Coral Springs one instead. If I am paying 26/mo with a 50 dollar annual fee, I truly expect to be able to use the features that got me to buy that membership.

It’s big and clean. Paper towels and cleaning spray bottles are always fully stocked. The workers leave you alone to work out but are present and helpful if there is an issue. One particular girl with short hair has been nothing but kind and welcoming! They greet you when you come and leave. The one in Oakland Park was a nightmare in comparison, where they constantly pestered their members and nitpicked and were absolutely unwelcoming and rude, never said hello or goodbye, rolled their eyes when you had a question, especially the manager/GM. Pompano has been a wonderful heavenly oasis in comparison. Only negative feedback is the water fountain water is Luke-warm and sometimes too hott to the point that it’s undrinkable.
