Great value for the money. Always reasonably clean. Good locker room and shower/ dressing area setup. Pay the extra money for the Black Card membership, plenty of extra spiffs.

I don't understand some of the previous reviews because as of late so much of the equipment is in a disrepair.

Clean, well-maintained. The staff are friendly, helpful, and hard-working.

Very rude staff that acts like you are bothering them. Locker room, toilets, and shower are all disgusting. Lazy staff told me all the water massagers were "broken" so they wouldn't have to walk back and put in a code.

The staff is AWESOME!!! The facility is so clean, great vibes from everyone!

If I could rate this location zero stars I would, Came in expecting a great workout… most of the equipment and machines were packed as usual so I decided to workout in the 30 minute circuit… little did I expect to get verbally harassed by two older women for the machinery I used today without getting to finish my sets… very upset, management could of handled the situation better I was left uncomfortable at the end… wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone and for sure won’t be coming back

Clean — in terms of affordable gym standards.Wish they had more light free weights to accommodate the amount of women using it. Also — a room to do your own freestyle circuit would be nice. People at front do not greet you. I had to say hello 2-3 times before acknowledged.You get what you pay for.Started coming here because the location in coconut creek smells like a waste dump soaked in sewage water…and apparently it’s been like that for 3+ months. So if you’re looking at this review because you can’t stand the coconut creek location — I assure you — your nose will survive here

I frequently go to all planet fitness in the aria and the only one good point on that gym is they are 24/7 all order one are 24/5, but the water machine are broke donw for more than a year we don't have cold water and all moth has minimal 2 equipment out of working and the gym is all ways full, so please make this a better place and make also order und 24/7One more thing, you guys supposed to but a better coin message chair (one good one)Happy 2023 for u all

What happened to the planet fitness on Powerline Rd????? It has now been months that the same equipment is “temporarily out of order”This gym in Pompano on Powerline Rd used to be much better- recently the cleaning and maintenance of the machines have gone downhill. Some of the machines have had out of order signs for many weeks 🙁

The lady that works at the front desk around 7am on weekdays at the coconut creek location always has an attitude she is very rude is always complaining.. To the point that it’s awkward to walk the desk to scan my membership. Because of that me, my family and friends have decided to go to youfit across the street.
