I’ve been to about 20-30 different planet fitness locations across the East cost to the mid west and this one is the worst amongst any of them.The customer service here is on par with speaking to a mad Mcdonalds manager. They have no respect and are absolutely horrendous.If you live in this area, I would HIGHLY suggest that you consider another gym before ever thinking about this one as an option.

called to cancel my membership and the lady on the phone was very rude. she hung up the phone in my face mid sentence and when i called back she said she couldn’t cancel it and that i had to come in to do so. i am out of town and unable to come in to cancel my membership. last month i had canceled my sisters membership over the phone no problem. i don’t understand why all of a sudden i can’t do it over the phone anymore. very disappointed with the way you treat your customers. i loved coming to your gym and i will never do business with you again.

Love this gym compared to the one closer to my house. The tanning beds are so much stronger then most PF locations: Its overall very clean BUT the womans locker room is always a disaster and very dirty. I see the same trash all over the ground for many days. The trash bins in the stall are always overflowing. The sinks are always gross as well. This will be the only thing id change about this location.

I just joined Planet Fitness in Margate & was assisted by Jason. It was my first time in the gym and he was extremely helpful. Jason made me feel welcomed and showed me how to use the equipment. He made sure I was comfortable and was genuinely concerned about my experience. The gym appeared clean & had lots of TV's to watch while working out. Jason told me the entire staff is friendly and to feel free to ask questions any time. Based on my interaction with him I am sure I will be a long term member.

Very clean gym, with very friendly staff. It can get very busy at times so you have to choose your schedule carefully if you do not want to be waiting around for too long. If you start to go everyday you will see the regulars most of the time, everyone seems nice and for the most part, clean after themselves.

It’s clean and all the staff are super friendly. I couldn’t afford to sign up when I first came in so the front desk lady gave me a free pass for a few days so I could workout until I got paid. I thought that was super wonderful of her.

Great place to workout and they are 24 - 7. No need for locks as the Lookers already have combo locks built in. Always clean and equipment well maintained. They were the first gym to open once it was OK and ja e kept a clean environment

I’ve heard of a lot of gyms where people are too close and not maintaining distance. I was happy to see masks required at check in along with a temperature check. Every third machine is open for use. I personally kept my mask with me and only took it off while I was on my machine. I felt very safe. Antiseptic and paper towels were readily available and clearly marked. I was happily surprised after hearing so much negative about other gyms.

This is truly my favorite gym of all time. I've been working out off and on for decades and this place is truly a godsend. Ray the personal trainer has been phenomenal with guidance and classes. The team is always friendly and knowledgeable. Its perfect for beginners and long time fitness folks. I'm just always learning. Best gym ever.
