Great service. All the employees are great. I mainly talk to Liz and Mike (my trainer). Actually Liz and Tisha convinced me to become a black card member. Liz gave me a tour and with Tisha they both explained the fees for the black card program. Mike helped me set up my own program and showed me how to use all the equipment for my desired program. I am not a gym-head so it was great that this service was provided. Also the people that come into the gym are helpful. Outside that, the staff are always willing to help. Would definitely recommend!!

Place sucks. Few machines, few weights, no free weights, and they're far from willing to work with you on anything. If anything doesn't line up with their policies consider yourself kicked out. Don't sign up because even that's a scam. It's not sign up, pay monthly and quit whenever you want like they want you to believe. It's sign up, pay 1 month then the 2nd month it's pay your monthly fee plus a yearly fee ($40) that NOBODY will mention until the money is taken from your account. you Then if god forbid you have a problem with it the people at planet fitness are next to no help because they'll look at you with blank face wondering what they're supposed to do becausethey don't seem to have even the slightest bit of training on how to deal with screwing over their customers. And if you so choose to end your membership you find out you either stay with them for a whole year or pay a fee to get out. It's a scummy business practice and a scummy way to do business. At least LA will tell you there's a yearly fee. Planet just charges for it.

Every single company has its ups and downs, Planet is a great place to unwind and exercise, they have a variety of different things that you can do to get a complete workout. I would like to suggest being able to jump rope, and some other things to make it more of a hardcore gym than a country club, all in all though a nice place the membership is a great deal, I can pay less than most of the other franchises and pay more and only use the one place where I can go to any one I want in the entire country for less than 25 bucks per month. I go to the Planet Fitness in South florida and I have to send out perks to Sabrina, Jamaul, and Maria, and Oliver, and the other staff members at that particular facility as they have consistently gone out of their way to make a great environment. Everything I walk in and see them they are smiling and happy and always willing to help or answer a question or whatever it takes, they're there to help. Thank you guys for making it a great place to work out.

This is my favorite planet fitness to work out at. It’s new, always clean, and has a great vibe. The employees here are fun and down to earth. Jamaul at the front desk helps out with anything I need. Im always greeted with a smile at the door and a “have a great day” on the way out! 10/10

Use the gym early in the morning, and am generally pleased with it. There are however a couple of areas that bother me. First I have watched staff go after someone with a bag that is too big, which is fine, my problem is when I point out someone bringing an outside personal trainer it seems nothing is done. Enforce all the rules fairly or not at all. Also the overhead fans are always way too high and it is very difficult to get anyone to adjust them.

Wow. If you’ve ever thought about joining a gym, but then thought you don’t have the motivation and you’re not sure what you’re doing, then this is your place. Man I can not begin to explain how great the staff is here. They literally have pushed me to be better everyday and have made me feel at home here. From Marissa the trainer pushing you to get the best work out, to Jamaul, Harrison, Maria, Sabrina, Sammy, Oliver, Zay, and Jerry. They make everyday workout amazing, they go out of their way to make sure your day and work out are the most enjoyable. I can not begin to explain how much I love this gym and how I feel like a better person because of it. EVERYTHING IS AWESOME!!!!!

This gym is the best! The facility is ALWAYS clean. The staff is super friendly and approachable. They will answer any of your questions and really motivate you to be the person you want to be. The environment and atmosphere is such a desirable place I wouldn’t chose anywhere else to go and look forward to coming to PF @ Margate every visit. Shoutout to Jerry, their amazing professional staff member who will motivate you and share laughs with you and cares about you on a personal level. Also wanted to recognize the other amazing staff members such as Oliver, Elijah, Sammy, Carolina, and Marissa because they deserve it! PF @ Margate is the best!

I really enjoy going to Planet Fitness. Derrick J was extremely helpful and very nice when I was there 02/11/18 he’s a very knowledgeable young man! Two weeks ago it hasn’t been somewhere I like to go. Staff making fun of me and other weird things that needs to be discussed with a manager.

Great place to work out. The employees are very nice, the machines are numerous so there's no wait, they are clean and work well. I like the multiple tvs overhead to distract me from 'the burn'! I love the water jet beds in the back after a run. Good stuff! I recommend Planet Fitness!

I love this gym, I've been coming here for years, the staff members: Sammy, Maria, Sabrina, Marissa, Jamaul, Oliver, Jerry, Zay, and Louis are always smiling and just amazing. The manager Ruth, is outstanding and very helpful. 10/10 excellent.
