Three years ago I came back to the gym after about 7 years. My father passed and I was in a very bad car accident. I knew that If I didn't get serious about getting in shape, I would not be able to take care of my mom and my family. I invested in training with Bob and started with machines. He brought me into free weights, benching, squatting, and dead lifting. He eventually brought me into the lifting team. I'm doing things that I NEVER thought I would be able to do and I have him and the team to thank for it. There is support all over the gym. Everyone there is great and helpful. Listening to Bob and drinking Glycoforce changed me forever. Thank you Bob and Glycoforce for a new healthy lifestyle.

This Gym has everything! It doesn't matter what fitness level you are or where you want to be. It has Texas Power bars, Dead lift bars, free weight squat racks, leg press that you can load over 1500 pounds on, bands, ropes, chains, Dumbells, Competition caliber steel plates. It also has a complete array of machines. The owners are all personal trainers with backgrounds in Kinesiology and diet and have the bodies to match. Everyone here is really nice and will either help you or leave you alone. It has a family atmosphere and is the home of GlycoForce- Glycogen replenishment beverage to get you through those tough workouts.

BB Performance has been in business in Port Saint Lucie 30+years. Bob Benedix the owner, has made his passion his business.. Through the years, (hurricanes before afters -COVID) he has been there! . It’s not just a gym it’s a family. 365 days 7 days a week he has spent his life dedicated to the health and fitness of his members. His two sons Jake and Brett now share his same passion. They welcome new members with open arms. Though they train to push beyond limits setting world records; they understand that everyone must start their fitness journey somewhere. Their goal is to ensure your safety as long as your under their roof (their house). They will help you attain your goals and have fun while getting there! They are definitely on my favorite people list. I am proud to be a member and call them my friends! Don’t be intimidated by the FB videos! They are gentle giants! I’ve been at this gym for about 10 years and I think it is a great experience. Jake and Brett Benedix really make the gym and more welcoming and family oriented environment. I totally recommend coming to the 24/7 Workout facility.
