By far the best gym on the Treasure Coast. This family owned gym has taken me in like one of their own. Would definitely look into visiting and eventually joining. And I would recommend giving their drink GlycoForce a try too.!

Love the atmiso here at Big BB. The members, and the family of champions who own the gym, have all helped me learn a lot about how to work out and welcomed me into the family that the gym has created with the people. Definitely recommend for anyone of any level of fitness

Best place to train on the Treasure Coast, family owned and operated for 30 years. Run by knowledgeable, caring staff who practice what they preach. Each of the Benedix family are accomplished lifters in their own right, with records and accolades to prove it!They have taken me under their wing and have continued to guide me towards my fitness goals. I'm so glad I found them! Members are friendly and hard working. There's a huge cardio area, ample machines, free weights, squat racks, and a huge array of bars and weights.Join today, you'll be glad you did!

I’ve been coming here for almost two years now and I can say without a shadow of a doubt this is one of the best gyms in the area. The family that owns it are all incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. It’s 24/7 as well so it’s very convenient for anyone with a tight schedule. I’ve made daily routine of coming here and have never had a bad experience. I’d highly recommend this gymnasium.

I’ve been coming to this gym on and off for many years and it is always my go to gym . Clean and very welcoming . The 24 hour is a huge plus for those that have a crazy schedule. The staff and customers are very friendly and can help you with questions and if you are new to exercise. This gym is not where you feel as if you can’t fit in . Everyone all shapes and sizes are welcome . I would definitely recommend

I love this place. It's not your average gym. It is a cut above! Great place to work out. Been a member for over 10 years. It is family owned and operated. Run by Bob the owner and his sons Jake and Brett. Bob is a world class professional weight lifter. Because of his knowledge just knowing him is worth the price of admission. Through Bob's tutelage over the years I have watched his sons grow from young boys into amazing young men. Kudos to Bob as a father and Jake and Brett as sons. I am proud to know the 3 of them. If you work out regularly you will see the same people and make some new friends. Come and join the Big B&B Performance Center family. You will be glad you did!

I just moved to the area and have tried a few different gyms. First off, I came here specifically because I knew the equipment would be top notch. A private, family owned gym in my past experiences have ALWAYS been the most friendly, welcoming, and supportive gyms vs a “chain gym”. The equipment is awesome, the staff is awesome, never too crowded and plenty of room and different things to choose from if it were to be busy. I came into the gym my first time having a terrible day being in a new city alone and found a friendly safe haven here. I love this gym!
