Great place to train MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, and Boxing. Environment is amiable, convivial, and very welcoming. I have attempted training at other area gyms, and was treated poorly as a complete beginner. I have made progress here already. Coach Lucas, and Coach Salomé are very adept at teaching, and extraordinarily patient. Don't be afraid to come and try a class here.

This place is awesome!! Their classes range from kids to beginners to advanced. Instructors are legit blackbelts, VERY knowledgeable/experienced. Atmosphere is clean and welcoming. They offer boxing and jiu-jitsu classes, perfect for competitors as well as ANYONE who wants to learn practical and effective self defense. Highly recommended!!

BVT is more of an extended family rather than a gym. The coaches are incredible and very very patient; I commend them for than and for having such a welcoming experience/ environment. They contact everyone individually for updates. When my daughter missed a few classes they inquired. I was shocked and very touched. We highly recommend BVT you won't regret your child learning martial arts, pride and respect from a great team of professionals.

Can't say enough about these guys. I walked in with no experience what so ever and everyone there did nothing but welcome me with open arms and encourage me to become a better me. This is a family friendly gym first and foremost and feels like a big family once you start training with these guys. Coach Lucas is very knowledgeable, passionate and most importantly you get a sense he truly cares. I never write google reviews but I felt like these guys actually deserve it.

My daughter is almost 7 and has been going for 8 months. Both coaches are great and try to instill honesty and respect in the kids. It is a great environment to learn and we have enjoyed the time she has spent here, as has she. My daughter looks forward to going to class every week and to being with this gym and the coaches for a long time

Amazing gym to be apart of. My son trains self defense and boxing is and he loves it! The coaches are so genuine, nice, and rewarding to the kids. They are so supportive and very professional. I would highly recommend this gym for anybody looking to learn self defense, boxing, judo, and Russian sambo

Coach Lucas and his team are amazing instructors. They make training both fun and motivating every minute you're there. If you're considering taking your exercise routine to the next level while learning BJJ and/or boxing, this is the place you need to be. Positive mentorship, teaching accountability and providing you the opportunity to retain life long healthy habits. The coaches even help you stay motivated outside the gym b/c they care! All levels of experience are welcomed and a family atmosphere provides inspiring tools to step up your both body and mind.

10/10 recommend. The atmosphere is one of the most welcoming and friendly that I have experienced since moving here. The atmosphere is vibrant and the coaches are so patient. Although the classes are mixed with all experiences; the coaches take the time to teach you and make sure your practicing the correct form to not hurt yourself. The gym is open for you to come either to the class or to actually work out. All the equipment is accessible. Not only that but the coaches are really there to establish a family dynamic with all of the members. Making sure everyone is ok not only in the gym, but out as well. They definitely make you feel missed after missing a couple of days. If you’re looking for an awesome atmosphere to meet new people and learn some self defense this is the place for you!

Great place to learn and train for boxing. The coach really caters to each person, and always tries to make sure no one feels left out. Even if u barely know anything, you’ll learn so much so fast here. Love this place.

We are so blessed to have Lucas and Salome. Their passion and commitment to our kids is bar none! My daughter loves the experience and we love the family atmosphere, care and the sense of community that is. Consider becoming part of our family, you won't be disappointed!
