Without a doubt the best gym in PSL. Staff is friendly and helpful, gym is clean, equipment is brand new and they have a recovery room that is excellent!

I left LA fitness and came here and im never leaving! This place is great with all the new equipment and great staff. Everyday i see a new equipment which is awesome and its never packed. The bathrooms need a remodel and sauna needs an upgrade as it doesnt get hot but i heard they are slowly upgrading everything so it will be dope when its done!

I think having a unisex sauna, squat racks being bolted to the floor, and better J-cups on the squat racks. The current ones have spacers and hardware that are falling apart and make the J-cups wobble or bind on the rack.-I would say a belt squat machine would be nice for us disabled peeps but that doesn't go against a rating since almost no commercial gyms carry them.

So impressed. The personal trainer Victoria is amazing. I tried my complementary sessions that came with my initial sign up and I never got the aggressive, pushy vibe that you get from other personal trainers. She knew that I could not afford to buy sessions for a few more months due to personal reasons, and she never once changed her positive attitude or dedication to the session. That’s the kind of professionalism that will actually make me call her to purchase some when I AM ready. I was previously at LA fitness and they stalk you and give off cringey vibes. Highly recommend her for a good work out!

Signed up this past weekend and really enjoyed what they have to offer, brand new equipment with a wide variety, everything I look for in a gym, friendly staff from they few interactions I have had. Looking forward to working out here a lot more in the future

Would love if they took renew Active. For seniors by United Health care. I use to have silver sneakers but UHC. Went with renew activity. Which is what AARP now offers. I had enjoyed the gym very much before UHC went with Renew Activity . Would consider looking into taking on this. Thank you. I also asked UHC to add you guys! You are the only one who have silver classes in Port St Lucie west .
