Getting your groceries inside in one trip IS possible!!! I've been going to HEW Jensen for almost 7 years and it really has been one of the best things I have ever done or myself, physically, mentally, and socially. Anyone looking for a fun and addictive workout, HEW is it!

I am glad I joined this Gym. I am a firefighter and have tried many different types of gyms, CrossFit, HEW, Pilates, yoga, and spin classes. This gym offers a very well rounded workout, sometimes focusing on cardio and other times strength. They keep it competitive for those that enjoy that style of motivation, as well as encourage you to know your body, and scale down when injury or skill prevents proper form for an exercise. The attention from the coaches and other members to do well and be safe has been amazing here. Come try one class, you'll be hooked!

After deciding I needed to lose weight and take better care of myself, I researched HEW Jensen online and decided to jump right in not knowing anyone and never worked out before. I expected to be very embarrassed because I am so out of shape but was shocked to see how every person I have encountered here has been super encouraging and nice. The coaches have all been extremely patient and have given amazing advice. I am extremely thankful I found this place. I have a long way to go but I know when I get there it will be because of this place.

Best decision I made over 7 years ago! I cant imagine returning to a typical gym again. I even do HEW wods at hotels when I travel now. I love my HEW family and havd created many friendships! Its a very welcoming environment- everyone is there to have fun and cheer each other on, including the coaches who really care about you and your fitness goals.

I love this gym! I love the coaches and the people. When I moved to Florida from Kansas City a year and a half ago, I really just stumbled into HEW not really sure if it was for me or not. After 1 workout, I knew I liked the workouts, and after a couple months, I was sure the people were my people. Sometimes these types of gyms can be intimidating. But not HEW Jensen Beach. There are always modifications to moves I can’t do, so I can do every workout and work my way through exercise progressions to actually build strength, flexibility, and confidence to do more than I thought possible. The coaches have always been encouraging and helped me push myself while not going too far and pushing to injury. I have become a HEW ambassador everywhere I go!

Anyone interested or on the fence, I highly recommend you go and check out the gym, actually just join and join the HEW family! Every member of the gym is super supportive and friendly. We treat each other like family. The owner Justin Bartlett and coaches are encouraging, supportive, and extremely attentive especially when it comes to helping you do the workouts and movements correctly to prevent injury.I am 43 years old, and I just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl 15 months ago. In 3 months of working out at Hard Exercise Works, I lost 34lbs and over 10 inches. Currently, I am now down a total of 38 lbs and have lost a total of 24 inches since I joined the gym last year (I would have lost more if I didn't indulge during the holidays!) Joining Hard Exercise Works was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I am stronger and more confident than ever before.I felt the need to share my story because I want others to feel like their best selves! It is so liberating! 💖
