After having four kids, it has been hard for me to get back into going to the gym. The last couple of weeks have been the best workouts I have had in over eight years. I love this place. My biggest complaint, I DO NOT like high fiving! So, if you are like me, be prepared to have your hand forced into doing the nerdiest hand gesture grown adults can partake in public.🤚🏻👎🏼

I worked out at this HEW over the summer when I came home from school and LOVED IT ! All of the trainers were so awesome with encouraging me to work harder, while still focusing on my form to make sure I was doing everything properly. I had so much fun and looked forward to my workout every day. The owner, Justin, is really friendly and outgoing. He made me feel very welcome from the second I walked in the door. I would/have recommended this gym to anyone looking to loose weight or become stronger!

I Joined HEW Jensen Beach approximately 3 months ago and have lost weight and gained confidence. This is the fist time I have joined a gym that I have actually enjoyed going to. Hew is more than a gym it’s a lifestyle. The coaches , Justin, Jordan, and Juan are amazing. They encourage you to push your self. They are always there to make sure you’re doing the exercises in proper form and offer modifications for your fitness level. I love that it is family oriented and that all the members are kind and encouraging. I highly recommended this gym, it’s just different!

Good workout. Check Groupon for any deals. This is a well scheduled program. Very predictable. It is hard exercise though.

Great workout, never boring and the staff will teach, assist and scale depending on your fitness levels and any limitations you have (knee, shoulder, back, etc).

So. Today was my 3rd day. I still think they might be trying to kill me. LOL Seriously, I am very sore from working muscles that apparently I completely forgot about. However, it feels so good to be this sore. EVERYONE here is so friendly!! From the owner to the coaches to the random people working out right along side you - everyone is smiling and happy. Thank you so much for being such an awesome place to WANT to come to!

Been working out at HEW for 4+ years. Have developed multiple friendships.Not your everyday "box" gym environment. Constant attention from coaches, giving a near personal training-like experience. Other members will help welcome and encourage one another, each and every day.

If you have an Injury or handicap, the trainers tailor the exercise just for you. Very personal and friendly/positive experience every time I've been there. They even have a chiropractor there on Tuesdays discounted with membership. The first visit is free to see if you like it. Age and shape is no excuse with this place. Give it a chance and it may change your lifestyle.

I wanna thank everyone from hew. I have been part of the hew family for 7 month and I feel great the personal there is amazing. The facilities are great. If you trying to find something different and exciting than a regular gym I highly suggest to try HEW promise you life will change
