I have Never found a better place to work out and get fit! The coaches are Awesome and truly care about you. HEW PSL is like one big family! If you want a place that truly Helps you to better health, this is it! The WODS are different everyday and very challenging! You find yourself wanting to do better everyday! I cannot recommend a better place for your health! I miss my HEW family when I'm not able to go!

HEW had truly transform my life.I had never workout in an environment where they care so much for you, they do variations on the workout if you can do it. I love the consistency of the coaches to ensure your okay and doing the workout correctly.I suffer from RA since I started at the HEW I had learned to eat better,lose weight plus inches, love myself again and feel good overall.My most recent blood work looks good,my levels are down!! Yay!!!Thank you HEW PSL for helping me out and simply been superb amazingly awesome!!I workout like no other!!!

I absolutely LOVE HEW PSL .I don't know who I LOVE more their amazing coaches or the other HEWers!The coaches are full of a tremendous amount of knowledge. They are so encouraging they make you feel like you are doing a great job. They make everyone feel so welcomed the moment they walk in the door. They have a tremendous amount of positive energy. I look forward to going to HEW throughout the week.

When I first heard a HEW was opening in PSL, I googled videos of the workouts they do and told my husband he is crazy if he thinks I can do any of that! With a lot of hesitation, we both decided to give it a try and we are SO glad we did! It has changed our lives! We look forward to going everyday and getting in a great workout with our gym family. There are modifications for every exercise, the coaches are amazing, the energy is high, and our fellow HEWmans always know when someone needs words of encouragement! HEW is a fantastic gym for any fitness level, but just a warning...you will get addicted!

My husband and I have been attending classes at HEW PSL since they openend in May 2017. The owners John and Kendra are amazing people and make everyone feel welcomed- they will remember your name from day 1! Working out as a group is motivating and everyone cheers each other on. If you are hesitant to try it out, don't be! All movements and exercises are demonstrated with modifications given for each and every level of fitness out there. The coaches are always watching and correcting form or offering support. There are people from every age and fitness group out there and you will fit right in from your first free trial class. This gym will change the way you feel about 'working out' and you will look forward to classes every day! My husband and I both love it and rarely miss a day!

I’m very honored, I came upon HEW fit beacasue my 63 year Mom joined when I got my breast cancer diagnosis and I couldn’t work out during chemo so she started her workout journey! I was worried for her That it would be to hard, she hadn’t been to the gym in sometime, but loved seeing her excitement and she excelled at it! Hew offered a very generous week free for breast cancer survivors so I was able to check it out with my mom!HEW is a different kind of gym they honor so many causes and victims. From breast cancer, to military, hurricane relief and now for November food for families.The workouts are hard, but doable, fun and sweaty! You’ll be pushed and think theirs no way I can do that but before you know it, your doing it!The instructors are excellent, each one taking the time to make sure you have the proper form down before moving on. I’m excited and blessed to be able to workout with my new HEW Family. Thank you for making me stronger everyday!

This gym is amazing!! I was impressed from day one of my free trial class. I've been working out since June and will never go anywhere else. I look forward to working out everyday because the workouts are great and the coaches are super supportive and motivating. Love that I've found an all around awesome place!!

The owners and coaching staff are simply the best! I will say that this facility has changed my life and quite possibly saved my life. I will personally guarantee that you will get a great workout if you just show up and try. Every workout is unique and can be scaled to your fitness level. Don’t be intimidated...everyone helps each other and treats each other like family or better than family. I can say I’ve made a ton of new friends, lost over 60lbs and totally changed my outlook on health and fitness.

I. Love. This. Gym! Everyone is so happy and it is truly fun! I am not the most fit person and being motivated has always been a difficult problem for me. They are so good a keeping the workouts fun and new. Many age ranges and athletic ranges it’s very easy to modify to your ability. Thanks everyone for being so dedicated.

I LOVE HEW..... I always look forward to going. I really love how the coaches push me to keep going.. I am able to do things I never thought I could do. My results have far exceeded my expectations.. The community is great too. I never feel less than in this environment. It just doesn't compare to a regular gym... Thank you Kendra and John for doing all you do..
