HEW Fitness

This is the most amazing group of people I have ever had the experience of working out with. I have tried several other facilities similar to HEW but none of them even come close! All the coaches are fun, knowledgeable, caring and make you feel like you can do anything. They work with you if you are unable to do a certain exercise, they make me look forward to working out. All of the active members are awesome as well, they encourage you and are friendly. I honestly could go on for days stating how awesome this place is, but in reality come see it for yourself!!!

I love my gym!!! April will be 3 years since I started. The coaches are awesome! I feel so welcome here! Everything is set up when I arrive and all I have to do its do the wod on the board. They will also modify anything! No matter what I have a great workout!! It's such a fantastic community!

Fantastic environment! You can tell they care that everyone is giving their best! I had called in a couple weeks ago because my sister just moved there and I was coming to visit. The staff was extremely helpful and they made sure that we felt comfortable jumping into the work outs and they made you feel like you were a part of their community. Just what we needed! Next time I’m in town I will definitely come back! So excited to see my sister and her husband join HEW PSL!!If you want a challenge, accountability and great vibes! Check them out!!!

Started coming here about a month ago.. absolutely love love love the brother and sisterhood of this place. There are gym patrons of every age, size, body type, and personal strengths.. what I love most about HEW are the coaches and team that encourage you to work hard and they actually check in with you if you don’t show up and help you with identifying better nutrition habits..That’s amazing! Did I mention there incredible variety of workout routines.. you can view the upcoming workout for the next day which has helped me prepare mind body, spirit and soul.. I feel like if I don’t go I missing in the best kept secret... I’m getting stronger by the days each time I attend a class.. HEW is a lifestyle commitment...thanks for changing my lifestyle...priceless !!!👌🙏😍💪🏻

I love this gym! Everyone is friendly and incredibly motivational. There have great workouts and events here. After a few months, I’ve seen improvements in myself and it really boosts up my confidence. I’ve told so many of my friends about this place and if you’re looking for a place to workout I definitely recommend HEW!

Top Notch! I have been to many cross fit boxes and have found the people especially the coaches at HEW PSL to be the very best! HEW is more organized and diverse in it's exercises than any gym I've been to. They welcomed me into the family and watched my back to make sure I was executing all movements safely and to the top of my ability. Sometimes I wanted to hug them, sometimes I wanted to swear at them :-) I highly recommend.Gained 4 pounds of muscle in 3.5 weeks! Yeah

It’s been 3weeks since I became a member of HEWPSL, & I Love It! I’m not a fan of working out or going to the gym, however I love the dynamics of this gym. The atmosphere is accompanied with coaches & members who encourage & challenge you. The coaches are super chilled yet fun, & exercise they’re roles greatly to get you where you need to be. I looking forward to seeing the results of my body transformation, condition, & strength.

This gym is the best the coaches are so very encouraging. Every day is a different workout. Even when you wanna give up you just have to keep going. If I went to a regular gym I wouldn’t know what to do so this gym is perfect for me.

The first day I walked into Hard Exercise Works, I immediately felt comfortable instead of intimidated. I’ve been going for about 2 years now, and I will never go back to any other gym. Kendra and John Welsh have created not just a gym but a family. I highly recommend HEWPSL!
