HEW Fitness

I use to go to a traditional gym and it was very hard to be self-motivated and difficult to come up with a great workout. After switching to HEW it has been a game changer. I’ve been attending for 6 months and I’ve seen a difference in strength, body appearance, and self energy that I haven’t seen before. HEWPSL is a place where the environment is very motivating and supportive. The workouts are great. The coach are very motivating, encouraging, and supportive. They are always willing to help during the workouts and before and after. They work with you to help you reach your goals.

One of the best decisions of my life! I love all the coaches and the community we represent. I have been a member for almost 4 years, and I will continue to be for the foreseeable future reaching and crushing all of my goals. I love this gym! The coaches are all extremely supportive and helpful. The owners are present, supportive and involved as well which is so great to see. All in all the classes are fun, fulfilling, and always make me feel accomplished afterwards. Highly recommend going here!

When I first saw the workouts, my thought was, "nope! Can't do it. Not for me." I was so wrong! My son and sister kept encouraging me to try it. I walked in to a big smile and one of the friendliest greetings. The coaches are great! They modify the workout for me so I can work on the same muscles without causing any further complications to my medical condition. They've even helped me set goals for myself, starting with small ones, of course. I absolutely LOVE it here. I have been to the "no judgment" gym. I was never comfortable. HEW is the true definition of "no judgment"! Always encouraging - the coaches & members. Do not be afraid of the type of training. You will not regret going. I certainly don't!

I absolutely LOVE this place, I left HEW a few years back when my best friend(dad) passed away. I was an emotional wreck, I have been back almost six months and I’m so thankful to once again, be around such an amazing group of people. The coaches are fun, caring and if something doesn’t work for you, they WILL find something that does. They go that extra mile to ensure that you are motivated and doing the workouts in correct form. I may NEVER actually survive a HEWFIT challenge, nevertheless I’m amazed at the results that I see around me and know that it CAN be done. So if you are thinking about joining, GO FOR IT, I promise you, you WILL NOT regret it.

It's like a big family! They have set exercises, that are super easy to follow. I've only been going here less than two weeks and have already made progress on what I can do. I look forward to staying here for years to come and can't wait to see my progress with my HEW family there to support me!

Hard Exercise Works Port St. Lucie is the best gym ever!! The coaches are awesome and so is the environment! I've been working out here for less than a month and I already see results. Hard Exercise really does work!!

I really like it here! The toughest thing is to get there! But when you’re there, the trainers are all very friendly and constantly encourage you so much. Knowing that there are others completing the exercises with you is very encouraging, too. I recommend it. It’s fun to be there, music is loud enough while you work out so you can verbally de stress without being heard :) get ready to sweat and literally feel your body transform. 👍🏼
