I have had a great experience so far , I felt very comfortable and welcoming the team is awesome I would recommend HEW if you’re on your fitness journey… Theresa, Jamie, Becky and Curt was the staff I worked with and they are awesomely supportive knowledgeable people!!! HEW!!!

I was a little intimidated to walk in the doors. I have been a member of the Port St. Lucie and Stuart locations for two years and I was nervous about getting to know another group of people. I felt like family as soon as I walked in, everybody was so friendly, the workout was of course amazing, and the establishment itself exceeded my expectations.

The trainers are knowledgeable and welcoming. The work out style and the music are amazing. HEW shares my values of appreciating our military and Veterans. Definitely the best gym in Jupiter.

I’ve been a part of HEW for close to 3 years and it’s an incredible place. The coaches are great and the overall atmosphere is fun to be a part of. The workouts will challenge any level of fitness. Highly recommend.
