When I first joined HEW, I thought I was just joining a gym that focused on safe but complex Olympic and body weight movements… what I really was joining was a community… a place where I am surrounded by friends who support me in all aspects of life. If you want to pick things up and put things down go join LA Fitness…. If you want to join a gym where you feel like family who supports you through workouts and life…. Join HEW. I’ll never leave.

This is what I’ve been looking for ever since I stopped playing college football a decade ago. The staff is so helpful and encouraging and everyone makes you feel like family. The workouts are exciting and change everyday so you never get bored. I’d recommend HEW to anyone!

Amazing gym and the coaches says at all! They are phenomenal. In 1 month I can see how stronger I been getting and the definition in my body. I love it and I got my motivation back to work out and reach my goal!

Hard Exercise Works Jupiter is an incredible place. The most authentic coaches, the most brilliant approach to exercise – truly a transformational place to work out - mind, body and soul. They meet you where you're at and I've never felt lesser than being a newbie and someone that lifting 20 pounds while others are lifting 120 ponds. It all works out in an organic, symbiotic way.I love the consistent schedule. I love the same class offered at each time (all levels included)- so no matter what my schedule is, I can make a class.Am so happy here and they truly are an amazing business.
