Wow, what a renovation! They really outdid themselves... all new equipment, great layout, even the locker room is something to talk about. The personal trainers are incredible, they really care about your overall health and wellbeing. Angeline is my trainer and seeing her is the highlight of my Thursdays. I’m learning so much about different workout techniques and even ways to improve my diet.

Very clean - great new equipment. My trainer Roberto is the absolute best! He keeps me motivated and interested - varying my program so I never get bored. I am now toned and fit plus he can put together a diet program too. Absolutely recommend both him and the gym!A plus !!!!

Such a beautiful gym! Definitely quality! I'm glad to be a member! The staff has always provided me with a welcoming experience! I'm always feeling like a VIP when I enter! Awesome vibe! The classes, especially the Cardio Dance by Katy is the bomb! She keeps me coming back!

The Palm Beach Sports Club location has quickly been established as a brand new luxury fitness club in Jupiter. The renovations changed every single aspect of the facilities, and I could be happier with the turn out! I've attached a couple photos. I love coming in and training here, especially lower body! The staff is all very friendly and caring, they offer a great sense of community.

I joined last year when they were Gold's Gym because I travel a lot a wanted be able to use other locations and because they let me put holds on my membership when I was out of town. Turns out that was good to be true. Once I got notice that they were changing ownership, I called to cancel and thought it was over, but apparently they just said they cancelled it but put it on hold for a few months. This has happened twice now. Once no one even answered the phone for several days and I had to go through my credit card company to remove the charge. Cancel my membership for real and refund my money! This place is a scam, stay away.

I have been working out at this gym for 5 years when it was still Golds gym. The Equipment has always been outdated, but personel was friendly, knew about gym routine and were helpful. Since it changed to PBSC front desk people change all the time, have no professionalism and knowledge about what goes on at gym and are not friendly. Cleanliness of locker rooms and work out areas droped, i’m very disappointed. Not a good vibe anymore.

Been going to the same gym for 15 years I was hopeful that a new owner the machines would update. No new equipment and not there are even more broken machines. Aerobic floor is shot, now they closed the yoga room and core room off to members so even less space. The desk staff and cleaning lady are all super nice!!!

The gym has been in a decline since it was rebranded and no longer a Golds. The machines are broken regularly, no paper towel or sanitary spray stocked to clean off machines, and changes in management for the worst. I had been doing personal training 3x a week for over a year until the gym unexpectedly raised rates by 50% and made prepaid sessions expire at the end of each month. I emailed the new manager about it and he never wrote back. There are promises of improvements with the rebranding but for now the place is a sinking ship.

I have been going here for 8 years. Season is always more crowded, but this year they seem to have sold endless memberships in gthe pursuit of profit and the gym is so crowded that you must wait for an elliptical, a treadmill or a bicycle. I have to arrive 30 minutes early at least to allow for time to stand and wait for a free machine. The "free" classes such as Gentle Yoga on Saturday and Monday (those included in your mid-level membership price) are mobbed. I pay for use of the back room yoga, but some of those classes are filled to capacity and you get turned away. You used to be able to sign up for the back room a week in advance, but now it is only 24 hours in advance - to the minute!. Machines are broken and not repaired for long periods of time. One Precor elliptical has been broken since August. These machines are extremely popular and there are only 4 left, and one makes a big "clunking" noise as it doesn't run smoothly. They used to have a great repair person, Peter, but he is no longer there. Even the parking lot is jammed. The cleaning lady, Lucy, is fantastic and the gym is cleaner than it was a few years ago. The ladies at the front desk are great, as is Alexa, but they can't make up for the poor conditions of the equipment and the overcrowding. When the club changed ownership, all you heard was glorious tales of all new machines, new space, etc. Promises can only go so far!!

It’s a very dirty gym, it smells dirty. You’ll find the AC is turned off in the summer months to save money. It’s out dated old broken equipment, too small, only one room for classes!!! It’s a 1980s old throwbag dirty gym (that should only cost $250 for year) I wish a new gym would open in the local area, being from Tequesta the other gyms are just to far. Staff has been nice but it’s constantly changing the new staff are arrogant and won’t let me talk to a manager, I’ve been calling for 6 months? I never write bad reviews or reviews for that matter, this gym has twice not put my freeze into action & trying to get it rectified is like trying to call the President of the White House!!!
