My husband has been working out here for a year and kept telling me to come in. I finally did because I was not getting where I needed to with another trainer. I met Lina and it has seriously been the best training experience I have ever had. I have a lot of health hurdles and she has been so supportive and understanding. Our goal is to have me competing in November of 21 and she is always there for me. I not only have reached goals but I gained an amazing friend. She is kind, caring, responsive and always there for me when I am stressing about macros or have questions about training. I have never clicked with a trainer like this before and I am so thankful I met her. She has given me the confidence and push I needed to continue working towards my goals. I cannot wait to compete and feel like I genuinely have a partner in this that is fully invested in my success. I really cannot say enough good things about her. The gym is great too :) I have everything I need and the vibe is always good. Super clean and staff is always helpful.

Club no no gym ethics. People onthe phone all the time and people not putting weights back. Also people standing in front of the dumbell rack and not stepping back to allow other people to get or return weights. Got in a argument with a person in the gym for this no gym ethics. Was the best gym I ever went to, but now I belong to another gym and just use this when it is convenient.

Was looking for a gym and decided to check this place out. While I am not an expert on gyms, it seemed kind of dirty and dingy. The lighting was terrible, like a basement gym except it was not in a basement. The place was under construction as well, which did not add to the appeal of the place.They had some nice renderings of what the interior will look like eventually, so maybe it might be an appealing gym one day. But that day is not today.

Palm Beach Spirts Club in Jupiter has been spectacularly renovated. The interior is beautiful. I love the colorful lighting. The ambiance is perfect. Equipment is new and extremely well kept and maintained. It’s the best gym in south Florida!

Super nice gym, but scam you. Offers you a rate, then changes it and pretends it didn’t happen, charges you random thing without explanation, and are extremely dishonest and make up things to charge you for. Got offered $20 a month, then was charged $120 after 2 months, and when asked they say it was an “annual fee” that they never mentioned and 2 months of $40 dollars per month, which isn’t the price the gave me in the beginning. Will definitely be returning to LA fitness where they are honest with prices and don’t try and scam me for my money

I both attended (past tense) this gym and work at a small business in the area. I had a great relationship with one of the gym membership advisors Mahdi before he left and also the personal training manager Juan. After asking if it was okay, I was permitted to leave some business brochures for the restaurant I work at at the front desk. The next day the front desk person told me the manager took everything down and hid my brochures (100 or more) “in the back.” I said it was perfectly fine and I understood - and proceeded to drop by every few days for the next MONTH to pick them up. Each time the manager was “unavailable” and I had to leave my name and number. I finally got a hold of him this morning when I walked in and while he tried to swat me away I told him I have been trying to reach him for weeks and NEED to pick up these brochures. He had me leave my name and number with him and then used this information to call my place of work to call me “disrespectful” and complain about me. I am absolutely disgusted by this manager’s treatment after chasing him down like a dog for a month and will not be spending another dime at this gym. Absolutely horrifying management and overall mean spirited - they should have kept the old people. The manager is a joke and this is no way to treat your customers, or build professional relationships. Good riddance.

Yes I’ve recently relocated to the area and I was checking out thr gym and went into work out and the guy who I talked to at the front (called beforehand) told me it was fine and all I needed was my id and when I went to leave it was like trying to get out of prison to leave that facility with my ID. Extremely frustrating and every employee was not on the same page with their policy on letting someone try out the gym. Seemed extremely unprofessional to me and then the manager came up and gave me the spiel which was very nice and considerate however I have since received multiple phone calls and texts after opting out and replying stop which is very annoying when I told them that I was thinkBig about it and it was dependent on my job situation. I have belonged to lifetime for many years and I’m used to a very professional environment and this was more than Sales, it was plain obnoxious and they were not friendly in the process. I’m sure they are struggling like many other businesses during this time but that is not the way to get new potential clients after what I experienced I would rather pay double the price and go to a well-managed gym with a professional team. Sadly this club will not be getting my business nor my money.

This gym has an amazing overall quality and atmosphere. I appreciate that all of the machines are updated, brand new. In addition, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Mahdi Awada, I was able to find the right membership for my needs. If you have any questions, he’s the guy to go to!
