The new address is for the new location but the map marker for this listing is at the old location. If you click directions Google maps will take you to the old location. New location with new equipment. Nice staff.

No shoes no shirt no Judgment!! Literally watched a guy workout for over an hour without a shirt and shoes which I thought was strange considering the precautions the brand preaches about cleanliness and working around the clock sanitizing. No management in sight let alone enough workers to run this location. I thought it was strange seeing the amount of buckets and tape everywhere on rainy days but figured it was a temporary solution but no it's just the way things are done here. Only advice would be close this location for 30 days to clean house literally and start from scratch because this place is a lawsuit waiting to happen just hopefully you realize it before it's to late.

TERRIBLE customer service at this location WOW. I’m actually shocked at how unhelpful the front desk staff was. Came to this gym to try out a day pass with the intention of buying a membership, and now I will not be doing so. I was denied usage of my day pass because I didn’t have an ID, and I have tried out several gyms in the past month (including other planet locations), NONE of which have asked for ID. One employee, Brittney (who I believe was the manager on duty) was exceptionally rude. It seemed like she was trying to deter people from working out there based on the attitude she had. She said that I could purchase a membership without an ID, but couldn’t use my day pass… quite contradictory. How does the age principle supposedly hold so much significance there, but if someone has money to give then the entire principle doesn’t matter? I strongly believe that miss BRITTNEY should be demoted or terminated because she just lost commission opportunities from my friends and I, as well as made us feel extremely unwelcome. If zero stars was an option, that would be my rating. The gym was nice looking, but the negativity held by the staff was enough to deter me from ever going back there.

I like the gym. I've always been a fan of Planet Fitness. This one is clean, has good temperature control and and a good amount of equipment.

Customer service is first priority and Ayanna had no issues in making sure all was Accommodated

If your a hard working MAN who works all day and wants to get a pump in with the work clothes u got on instead of going home to shower to come sweat all over this ain’t your place bud !!Allegedly there not allowed but my buddy and I both seen a dude work out in a pair COMFORTABLY maybe it’s discrimination of some sort 👎🏽Or stereo type(Not to mention some one working out in pajamas,noshirt,)I was in hopes to believe that this was in fact a judgement free zone

Very courteous and professional staff. This club is clean and fully equipped. They have the newer hybrid tanning booth, which I like better than the ones other clubs carry.
