I’ve been here over a year at this location to start. Now that there are new employees on the staff team within the last 4 months, they try to play your intelligence. But in all reality they are pure lazy chasing a check which matches their professionalism as well. Never have I ever been denied to use the hydro massage or tanning bed for the maximum time, 10 minutes til closing until recently with the new young staff at night. To have to do 5 minutes, it’s hypocrisy because once you’re walking out and see people still working out at 10:01pm on Friday night makes you wonder HMMM COULD HAVE ENJOYED THE 10 MINUTES WITH THE AMOUNT I PAY MONTHLY and YEARLY FOR MY BLACK CARD. I don’t see why they are worried to close right at 10 o’clock either when the machines are not wiped down during the whole last 2 hours I’m there on Friday nights. The tanning beds are never sanitized by staff, nor the massage chairs whether hydro or the token accepting one.They mop over dirty unswept floors (the fabuloso is wonderful but doesn’t mask dirt slime on the floor), do not clean the toilets, I seen my hair on the floor for a week, it’s not hard to notice as it is red hair. Seems contradicting when PLANET FITNESS gym displays they are the CLEAN ZONE. I almost feel I am owed labor money for cleaning down the toilets several time after watching staff at the front on their phones, chit chatting to staff instead of doing what their job description entails.

We love this gym to work out at, but on weekends the music has been loud and very offensive with curse words that can't even be played on the radio. Wish management would look in to it and fix this problem.

Best planet fitness location ive visited hands down! From the large spacious size of the gym the decor and great service from the kid at the desk was a great experience! Ive been to some pretty small run down Pf locations however this one is actually clean and ran like a gym!

I enjoy Planet Fitness's variety of equipment and how easy it is to find a safe machine that is informative on its use. I feel PF is a great health and wellness center and they encourage people to come in, join and be active. The people who work here start the friendly and welcoming atmosphere and it continues through everyone that walks in the door. I feel safe at PF and that myself and belongings will remain kept. I am happy to have my PF membership for well over three years now and will go fourth with PF in the future. Thanks PF!

Staff is helpful. Clean facility. Great value.

One of the best PF’s around I’m a snowbird and this gym is so much better than the one I go to at home. It’s huge with tons of equipment and space it’s clean there is always someone cleaning the staff is super nice. I wish my home PF was like this one. I’ll miss it until next year. Thank you for such a great experience

Went to workout a few times at this location and I enjoy the gym but the sanitation stations are horrible. One bottle per station and then you either got to wait for 3 other people or walk to another station. I ask the staff why did they not have more than one bottle per station and she got defensive and said aren’t there enough cleaning stations in here? I told her that was not the problem it was a inconvenience to wait in line or have to walk to another station and she said we do not have enough bottles. I told her we’ll order some. Funny part was this was a picture of her cart with over 8 bottles and the bathroom had like 6 so the bottles are not the problem.

Gym has a lot of new updated equipment. Usually its busy all the time. They implemented social distancing,masks and keep it clean

Gym is clean, staff is helpful and polite. Gym is not too busy, you can get a good work out within your timeframe.

I am canceling and switching to anytime fitness for 2 reasons:1. At AnyTime fitness, masks are recommended NOT required2. AnyTime fitness does not close early while planet fitness gyms are using covid as an excuse to close way early
