Not what I thought to be at all I will be going back to LA fitness and they to just charged me 6 dollars after my cancellation today When they told me I wouldn’t be charged and I called my bank and had it stop before it processed and block them in my account in case they keep trying to charge me will be having my mOther cancel her member ship to and join me in LA fitness the gym that makes me feel confident an ambitious.

It’s very clustered not enough space in the stretch area and no one to even ask a question to the ladies at the front don’t even seem motivated nor like they even want to be there it’s a gym you have to have gym worthy looking people in the front that’s where it all start. I brought an aunt of mine and had to pay $10 dollars when every other gym give at least a 3 day pass planet fitness in whole is just a mess .

Efficient orientation desk staff are always friendly available and polite also with their walk-through a for cleaning they make eye contact and smile locker room clean cdc guidelines followed to a T.

Overall great experience. Staff is very helpful & customer friendly. More than enough options in equipment to get a great workout in. Liked it very much. Will come again

After visiting several Planet Fitness locations. This one is at the lower end of the scale For several reasons. The treadmills are the older ones. With no headphone jack to watch the TV.as for the TVs. They are small in comparison to other Planet Fitness locations. The men's bathroom is only equipped with two toilets. The lockers are the old cage style from years ago. A would be thief would simply look at the contents to see if it is wort cutting a lock for. As the recently did in St. Louis Missouri. And there are no ceiling fans as in other Planet Fitness to circulate the air. The showers are poorly lit. And has no place to dress in private. The music piped in is more suited toward teenage girls. And the drug cartels. SINCERELY Rebecca is not returning to this Planet Fitness

Really enjoying this place.I am a member now.Worth the $10.70 a month.Plus the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Always seem to be clean and people do wipe off the machine afterwards.

The manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. This evening two people there an older woman with Ted her and the young skinny manager gave me the hardest time because of my am bag I have been bringing with me for 4 months to work out I carry my inhaler because of my asthma the were very unprofessional- nasty and rude. I have been going to gyms all my life and I have never been treated so badly I will be contacting Headquarters tomorrow with my complain I have more then 20 professional friends that work out here too and I will be passing on this behavior they all have had a an in counter the the manager

Prior to this review, I read other reviews to see if customers were experiencing the same issues at this location, which I just experienced. “Targeting” I’m partially at fault here; However, today’s employees were intentionally targeting me, to gain a reaction.Approximately one week ago I was approached by an employee, who wasn’t present today, because I was talking on my cell phone. I was tough on her due to witnessing customer after customer utilizing their phone’s via Bluetooth earpieces, without recourse. I was admittedly at fault.Today I was working out at the back of the gym, when I received a phone call. I ran to the corner and knelt down to answer because it was cover number from the West Palm Beach courts, so I wouldn’t know the call back number. The call would have taken less than 30 secs. Staff immediately approached me, interrupting my conversation, then asked me to move to the front of the business. Again, based off gym rules, I was at fault.With that said I watched 3 different persons, two on Bluetooth/one on a physical phone having extended conversations, on the gym floor (today), with multiple employees walking around cleaning machines. I was angered, but kept it to myself.Shortly following, I went to the timed workout zone to complete 10 sets of biceps. There were approximately 20 customers in the gym, zero were in the timed workout zone. Within 60 secs, staff approached and advised if I didn’t workout between green light red light then I needed to leave the area and return to the main floor. Recognizing the staff was trying to gain a reaction out of me, I calmly explained that another customer was using the main bicep machine so I came here to use this one. She reiterated her initial direction.Let it be noted that I’ve witnessed customers consistently use the time workout area without following the green light red light rule.I removed myself from the timed workout area and videoed the current status of the gym, so I could make a formal complaint. Staff immediately confronted me stating videoing and taking photos are a violation of gym rules, which is true; However, was unknown to me at that time. I became verbally upset towards the staff because this was clearly a game to them.Let it be noted that I’ve witness customers consistently video themselves and taking selfies while working out.I went and finished my workout, then started to walk out the front doors. All staff, except the male trainer, who was on the floor training a customer, made sure to sarcastically tell me to “Have a great day.”I’m wrong for getting upset with staff because two wrongs definitely don’t make a right, but their intentions to antagonize me are very clear.I have video, from inside the gym, at the time of this incident. It shows present customers and no one being inside the timed workout area. I get it’s a “rule”, but it’s also about making a judgement call and not intentionally harassing the customers.I’ve been with Planet Fitness for several years. No problems. I move to this location and now I’m experiencing these issues.

The staff at the PSL Federal Planet Fitness gym are professional and friendly. Always available to assist and the gym is clean. The trainer and training sessions are extremely helpful with instruction and making one feel comfortable using the equipment and meeting my goals.

The facility is nice (N. Port St. Lucie US1) and the people who work out there are all very friendly. HOWEVER, the manager is beyond rude. She comes to work everyday to feel superior to those of us who are working out and clearing our heads in a "judgement free" zone. She is constantly singling out and choosing individuals to harrass with rules that she only enforces at her leisure while laughing at their reaction when she chooses to enforce them. When she does decide to indicate what the rules are, she has such a tone that would make anyone's immediate reaction become defensive.The wait time for machines can be lengthy due to people sitting on machines while playing on their phones.3 different occasions in 2 months where this manager has been relentless and semi aggressive. Time to find a new gym... But would love to come back when she and her sidekick are not there.
