I noticed a very high percentage of people all ages coming to the gym with unsafe shoes and even not wearing shoes. Why is this not being enforced flip flops, house shoes, crocks or barefoot. Please start enforcing before someone gets hurt.

This location is hard to get to, there is road construction around it that has been going on for years, but beyond that, the exercise machines are top notch, and there are many of them. I'm upset that Planet Fitness went from 24/7 to to 24/3. You can only expect them to be reliably open Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. The clientele are mostly highschool kids that are cordial and respectful. I love this establishment, but they really need to go back to 24/7, that's what I signed up for in 2019.Planet Fitness has figured out that if they are 24/7 or 24/3, they make the same money. Same thing with Walmart. Monopoly puts things here.P.S, if you guys would give "PF Black" members 24/7 access, I would sign up in a second. I would even agree to a background check. I really miss working out Saturday morning at 2am, Sunday morning at 2am, and Monday morning at 2am.

I was in town to visit my grandma and we decided to spend part of our Saturday at Planet Fitness. Alejandro was working the front desk and was very attentive to our needs. My grandma loved using their hydro massage and massage chair while I got a good work out in. Highly recommend this location - clean, plenty of open equipment, and Alejandro and staff were super accommodating and helpful!

There's no bicycle rack there's nothing to lock my bike to so not going to be able to use this one

I recently visited this club and was disappointed with my experience. The staff was unprofessional and seemed disinterested in providing good customer service. It was frustrating to deal with staff who did not seem to care about their members just because its busy.Moreover, the shower area was extremely dirty and felt like an underground cave. It was clear that the gym does not prioritize cleanliness and hygiene, which is unacceptable. As a member, I expect a clean and hygienic environment in all areas.

Really! No paper towels this place it’s just a mess. Small, not much equipment, alway dirty, mirrors always dirty as well. Equipment seems out dated.

I will be canceling my membership the whole staff at this location is on a power trip. They’re always rude, equipment is often down and they’re out of paper towels. Management needs to step in asap
