The workers don’t really do anything but stay at the front desk. Such a tiny gym compared to others, I felt like i was breathing on everybody. There’s like 5 benches and 20 people crowding waiting for the next available one. Not recommended.

If I can only leave zero stars I would. The stuff there talk at the front desk never walk around seeing if the cleaning spray bottle needs to be replaced or see if the paper towels are out the stuff they are are young people I like when it’s used to be older people they walk around, they see if the cleaning spray bottle needs to be replaced, and see if the paper towels were out then they replaced then

Planet fitness as a whole is an awesome gym. Hands-down clean always cold inside. I love love love this gym and it's affordable

Paper towels always out . Staff never check on them . Nobody ever cleans machines down after use. Groups talking around machines and not using them.Staff spend too much time talking behind the counter and need to get on the gym floor and get a grip.Seriously considering leaving !!

If management reads this, the young lady working the morning of June 16th should be fired for rudeness and incompetence. Completely unprofessional. Highly recommend using other planet fitness centers

Small gym but clean very crowded during early mornings. Staff is nice. Everyone's is focused on their workout and don't bother you.

I have a black card and go 3 times a week, staff are amazing and make sure everything is clean and functional. My only complaint is that the app thinks the occupancy is much more than it is. I've gone numerous times thinking it would've been half full and it was closer to max, with no machines open.

Team members are not kind. Very condescending.Had to pay for 2 memberships in order for my son to attend…When we decided to leave , they not only charge me for the month that we canceled but they also charged me for another Annual fee that we don’t even belong to this club anymore.Completely unprofessional!

This location is a bit smaller compared to other locations, but it is also much cleaner and nicer than most other PF gyms. Staff is super kind, machines & facilities are always very clean, and there are plenty pieces of equipment / weights to use, even when it gets a little busy.

The machines are all updated. They count for you and have a rest timer. The trainer I met with was very knowledgeable and friendly. She knew about every machine and was very patient while answering all my questions. The gym is clean and there’s many machine options to choose from even on “crowded” days.
