Been a year since I joined an loving it.there are a number of choices for group fitness classes both evenings and mornings.trainers are knowledgeable about equimnts and fitness plans. The bistro is my favorite place to have a hearty bite afters a workout . My kids love the salads and smoothies. Would recommend the club to anybody looking for affordable and healthy services.

The new receptionist needs to learn customer service skills. We've given her enough time since she's new but we don't think she has learned anything. Our first encounter was when we had a question about training, she just said "I don't know" and did not even attempt to ask or research about it. She doesn't respond when we greet her. Not friendly. One time my husband went in before closing to pick up our son and she condescendingly said "don't you know that we close at 10?" Of course my husband knew that that's why he was there to fetch our son before closing. She could have just said it in a nice way as a friendly reminder. She is rude and incompetent, IMO. Not a good frontliner for BAC.

Disappointed in their pool schedule, as someone who used the pool as a major part of my cardio work out as I’ve always been a swimmer this gym has a awful swim schedule, don’t plant to ever get to swim unless you’re doing a class basically by the time you get off work till they close they have the lanes reserved for the local swim team, which is cool for the swim team but awful for people who pay hundreds to use the gyms full facilities. Won’t be coming back until they figure out how to offer more swim lane options to other clients other than the swim classes or swim team.

My family and I always have a good time there. Staff and instructors are wonderful.

Excellent value especially for families. It's not the biggest or fanciest but it's the best value in the area by far. 1. You feel welcome and you belong. 2. There is always someone free and happy to help. 3. The kids programs are abundant, appealing, and easy to get into ( never a wait to drop off for childcare and activities ) My son adores teacher Laura. 4. I happen to love Raellyne's kickboxing class and I don't know any other clubs that offer one. 5. Swim lessons are more affordable than other places and you get a spot right away. - Sam had our son floating and getting his face under on the first lesson and swimming after the third lesson. 6. There are always towels and there are people cleaning and maintaining constantly.Negatives: The facility is smaller than others and could use some updates in the lockers and water facilities. (But they are doing some reno now so maybe they'll get to that.)

The club manager is never there. The club is ran by the teenagers. The equipment is ran down and outdated. Not worth $180 a month. We are moving to LIFE TIME.

Things look and feel good until there is even a small problem. People are not very helpful or are willing to make any adjustments. My kid got back from school with a fever and we wanted a reschedule of the class. But I was told there is a 24 hour policy due to which I cannot reschedule or cancel and will be charged the full price for the class. There are also issues like, the pool gets closed or reserved without notice.

Absolutely love Bethany Athletic Club! From their Kid Central to Bistro to swim lessons and gym classes, I have never been to a “gym” that offered so much to their members for such a reasonable price. I am so happy to have found such a welcoming and happy environment in our community. I quite literally consider it my “happy place”. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. They offer endless help and smiles and are in general just super supportive.

I enjoy our experience when school is in session, but their day care takes priority on days off. I’m sure it’s great if you have young kids to be able to dump them off here, but when the schedule says free basketball court and it’s taken up by the day care it’s annoying. The kids are allowed to use the track to play tag unsupervised which is dangerous due to my mobility issues. Young kids are given priority access to the amenities over adults. If you’re looking for an adult focused club instead of a day care SAC is a better option. Also, the showers are breaking quickly and aren’t being repaired. Currently, one runs constantly with steaming hot water.
